I would buy more often if free delivery was offered. My bra did not fit and ended up having to return it at my own expense. Bras take a few trials and so when buying online is best to have the possibility to return with peace of mind.

Everything arrived in super condition (if may be took a little long) and FITTED! Brilliant!

I cannot believe the poor quality of the fabric used to make the Jasmine Balconnet bra. This was a rebuy for me as I bought one 6 years ago and it was on its last leg. However, the quality of materials used on that bra is far superior to the one I just received. It is flimsy, thin and altogether a cheap version of the one I had previously. I recently lost weight and did not have a bra so I had to wear it but the fabric became misshapen over the course of a day. So, so disappointed. I usually buy from Bravissimo but thought I’d go straight to the source. Not good at all.
