Speak to Karen, I can't rate her highly enough, she held our hand from the start and apart from booking the cruise and cabin we wanted, she managed to save us £1100. We will definitely use Panache again for our next cruise.

Wendy was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. We've booked our cruise with her and are very much looking forward to our holiday.

We had a difficult decision to make regarding joining friends on the cruise ship Aramara Pursuit leaving Singapore for a one week cruise to Hong Kong in February 2027.
As we need to consider the welfare of our elderly parents it is important that we ensure we choose the right Cruise operator and arrange adequate insurance cover should the need arise to return home or even have to cancel the trip altogether due to illness etc.

Ultimately of course the decision is ours and Panache can only give guidance on this issue.
Our cruise connoisseur Elitsa Nixon was exemplary in helping us select this cruise and hotel accommodation to suit our situation.
She was was extremely patient and helpful whilst we tried to reach the right decision.
I am happy to say that our cruise with Panache is now booked and we look forward to joining our friends on board the Pursuit in Singapore in February.

This is in no small part thanks to Elitsa who really understands not only the product she is selling but also is emphatic to the particular needs of her customers.

A job well done and a holiday we are really now looking forward to.

We have dealt with Panache Cruises (Jill Hurst) for a number of Silver Sea Cruises and without fail, Jill continues to handle our requirements and bookings with expertise, efficiency and very friendly. Nothing is a problem, even going the extra mile when she is supposed to be off duty. We have no reason at all to use any other Cruise or Vacation agent for our luxury cruises.

I was very happy to book our next years Cruise with Ben, He could not be more helpful and in such a chatty way that I even hardly noticed paying a large Deposit to him.

Nicola at Panache has helped us book a number of cruises and is always willing to go the extra mile to make both the selection and booking process seamless and easy when the choice and options can be daunting. She also immediately sets up all the reminders for any extras in the booking which is particularly useful as we often book many months in advance. Even though you get such an personalised service the price remains very competitive. Add this to first rate communication and a very friendly but also knowledgeable demeanour and Nicola and Panache deserve a 5 star review in our opinion.

From start to finish over a 2-week period the booking experience/service has been excellent for a trip/cruise to Panama & Costa Rica. A big 'thank you' to Wendy, who put together an initial itinerary based on what we had requested, and then accommodated our multiple queries and requests to change to flights, hotels and ship cabin, each time providing revised quotes. She was able to let us compare the options so that we could make decisions that were right for us. I had done my homework and drawn up a skeleton plan for this trip myself including prices but comparing what Wendy had provided in terms of itinerary & price, with what I had tentatively planned, it was a no-brainer to book with her and Panache Cruises.
