Everything was handled exactly as requested, including confirming with the recipient beforehand and ensuring the flowers were delivered on time. The process was smooth and reliable throughout.

Mr. Dan and Ms. Qin are absolutely exceptional at Customer Service! They are so excellent. Please take good care of them, they are so nice and helpful.

i live in the USA and had flowers delivered in Guangzhou on a same day basis without any issues. PandoraFlora was easy to do business with from the online order and payment and followup communications.

I had a very special experience with Pandoraflora. My girlfriend and I had an argument and she blocked me everywhere. I sent her flowers to apologize, but at first she refused to accept them.

The customer service contacted me and continued to follow the situation closely. They were incredibly patient and supportive for few days while trying to help with the delivery.

My girlfriend finally decided to accept the flowers after few days later. Thanks to their effort and care, everything worked out and we were able to reconcile.

I truly appreciate the dedication and kindness they showed during this situation. Excellent service and wonderful customer support.

This is a great website... Ordered flowers for my wife and they got delivered in just 1 hour

Would put more stars if possible. They are fast, polite and perfect. They arranged flowers and card nicely written by hand in less than 1 hour. Cannot reccomend a better shop

So anyone book the service worry free. The support is quick and excellent at answering questions. Definitely going to be back.

We engaged this company to arrange Lunar New Year floral gifts for our international business partners while operating from the UAE. The experience was seamless and highly professional.

The arrangements were exceptional, vibrant, and perfectly aligned with the festive occasion. Delivery was punctual, communication was clear, and execution met a high standard throughout.

A reliable partner for international corporate gifting. Highly recommended.

Great and personal service - really went the extra mile. I was ordering from outside of china and so a little unsure of the best way to complete the order form..someone contacted me to help, added on a message to my delivery and committed to get the flowers to my sister on time. They arrived - and are absolutely stunning. Would absolutely recommend this company

I did a lot of research before choosing Pandoraflora to deliver roses to my girlfriend in China. Being halfway around the world and not being there to give them to her myself was hard. But Pandoraflora was able to deliver the next best thing experience. Not only were the roses healthy and full, they delivered them first thing in the morning to the surprise and excitement of my girlfriend who was thrilled! She sent me pictures of the product and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and fast. Their website is extremely easy to navigate with an abundance of choices for flower arrangements. And the bonus was that when I needed to confirm something, I called them and was able to speak with somebody who spoke English. She was clear, speaking, professional, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Next time I’m in need of this type of service, I won’t need to research. Pandoraflora will be my choice!
