I recently ordered card for the first time from Papermilldirect. The card arrived quickly and was of high quality. I soon realised I needed more of the same navy card for my project, but it had been taken off the website. I emailed customer services, in the hope that they may have still have some left. Much to my relief, I received an email back just 15 minutes later informing me that they could assist, did have more of the card I needed and telling me how to order! Not only did I receive the extra card I needed, it arrived the very next day.

Absolutely amazing customer service from this company and I could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be ordering my supplies from Papermilldirect from now on, thanks to their high quality, quick delivery and outstanding customer service.

I ordered mega boxes of white cardstock and the wholesale envelopes and am very impressed at the quality and price. Ordering on the website was easy, the items arrived really quickly and were well packed.
I buy lots of cardstock and envelopes and this company offers the best products in my opinion.

We came for a family lunch (15 guests) and I can’t recommend it enough. The food and service was amazing. Special thanks to Rylan who went over and above to ensure that everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back soon!

I bought some card stock to make a 21st Birthday card. Id left ordering late so after placing the order I called them to check approx delivery time. They were really helpfull on the telephone and my cardstock arrived literally on the day they estimated it would. Cardstock was excellant quality and I would definately order from you again. Customer service was great.

Very unhappy. Ordered teal card 6 days later nothing. Never arrived. No update on shipping. No one answers the phone. Left two messages and sent an email and no response. Wouldn't use again.

Next day delivery in the best protective wrapping I've ever seen. I'm thankful to the care of this company and rate them best supplier in the UK.

I made an order on Monday just for 10pk envelopes it’s taking almost a week to arrive. I sent an email NO REPLY, also via FB messenger nothing!
That was my first and last time ordering from this site.

Useless.

A good website and easy to use with a good range of products. It took them a few days to prepare and despatch the order, but to be fair they did warn on their website that their service levels were effected by the Covid-19 lockdown. Overall, a good experience and I will be using in the future.

Really good products and excellent personal customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Not only was the specialist paper of very good quality, but I am extremely impressed by the packing!
It came in protective plastic outer film, then firm cardboard, then a final wrapping of thick protective paper. Nice work!

I have made a few orders with Papermill Direct now and very impressed so far. The delivery is fast and items are very well packaged!

Unfortunately a few reams of my card were damaged in the last order so I contacted them via email and got a response straight away! I dealt with Janet who kindly sent some replacements the next day.

Will be placing another order shortly :)

I ordered my wedding invites through them. The lady at their bespoke service was brilliant! So much cheaper than elsewhere and I still got high quality card too.

Would highly recommend! Nothing was too much.
