Hi Parcel Chief Team,
I am really happy with service and the way our parcel being handled from door pickup from India and the way it is being delivered to door step Germany.
It was home made sweets which was being delivered within a week, much love to your team and service.
My trust is being multiplied with Parcel Chief!!😊✌🏻👍🏻first time I had sent 32 kg of suitcase with clothes, not even a single item is misplaced!! When I sent first time I was little skeptical about days of delivery or how its gonna be handled because I was relocating here 3 years before .
so now again this parcel with Diwali sweets and snacks made my mom reached me when the items are still in good and great condition.
So Thanks again 😊✌🏻

My package arrived quickly like i booked on 8th nov and received on 12th november so It is very fast never expected that also I would like say that only the pickup service from home took 2 days otherwise it was just 2 days delivery I can't even imagine like how fast it was but anyways please improve your home pick-up services then you will be worlds fastest courier shipping companies I bet on that.

The overall experience…
The overall experience was good while using the services of Parcel Chief for international shipments. However, in few occasions I was concerned about the type of items they refused to include in the list. Overall, it’s been a great experience in terms of shipment times and there were no damage too. Seamless and economic
This is the second time I am using Parcel Chief and both the times, my experience was great! First time was for a huge load of about 75 kg and second time was for just 5.5 kg. I got great prices both the times.
Hussain was very prompt in arranging the pickup and processing the payment. Very good communication through email. From door-step pickup to door-step delivery everything was seamless.
