Just got my 3rd car from Parker Prestige. Another really easy deal and an excellent car, as well as another strong pat ex value. Nathan was great to deal with yet again and very helpful. They are a great dealership, highly recommended!

I honestly can't speak highly enough of everyone at Parker Prestige, especially Jack. From the moment my son and I walked through the door, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. There was no pressure at all—just a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we could take our time looking around and asking questions.
Jack was fantastic throughout the whole process. He took us out on a test drive, talked us through everything we wanted to know, and made buying the car an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers really stood out.
Before purchasing the car, I mentioned a few swirl marks in the paintwork. Jack immediately reassured me that they had an in-house professional detailer who would sort them out. When I collected the car, I was blown away by the quality of the work. The finish was absolutely superb, and it was obvious that they take real pride in the cars they sell and the service they provide.
It's the little things that make a difference, and Parker Prestige certainly go the extra mile. From making my son and me feel so welcome to delivering the car in immaculate condition, the attention to detail was second to none.
A huge thank you to Jack—it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you from start to finish. When the time comes to change my car again, I won't be looking anywhere else. I'll be coming straight back to Parker Prestige.

Well where do I start. 2 years ago I purchased an Austin Yellow M4 Competition from Parkers and start to finish it was a very smooth and easy journey. Craig was fantastic and kept communication from my first call (which was 4pm on a Sunday when I saw the listing) right though to the pick up! Even after care was beyond any expectations and I’d push to say , beyond main dealer lever. That said , nearly 2 years on I returned to buy my second car from Craig. Yet again… truely the most smooth and exceptional service received from Craig , Simon and the other team. Nobody is ever rude or make you feel like your in the way.
I honestly would not even say that the 5 hour journey to them (from Kent) will ever stop me from doing many more business with this company.

Couldn’t be happier with the service! From speaking to Craig on the phone to going to view the car and purchasing was all such a smooth easy process, answered every question and gave me full confidence in what I was getting. And of course I’m absolutely in love with the car! Cannot recommend these guys enough! Thank you! 😊

Recently purchased a BMW M440i from Parker Prestige after seeing it advertised on Auto-trader and Youtube. Viewed and test drove the car the same day after speaking to Craig who was honest and proactive throughout the whole process. Overall service was excellent and would definitely recommend Parker Prestige and Craig to anyone looking for a quality used car!

Purchased a 2025 Type R from Parker’s in June 2026, great experience from start to finish, Craig was excellent throughout and the process was faultless.
Got a really good no fuss part ex on my current car too.
They were even honest enough to highlight one issue that non of us had picked up when the car had been inspected and are putting that right for me.
Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again in the future.

I have recently bought a BMW from Parkers, I was away with work so my partner and son went along to see Tony, so whilst my son checked the vehicle out my partner chatted to Tony.

They left a holding deposit and I went along a few days later and went for a test drive with Tony and agreed to buy the car.

The whole job was done in a few days, my car traded in and my shiny new used M4 now sitting on the drive.

I had a great experience with Parker Prestige, I made my enquiry and got in touch with Craig, he sent me over a video tour of the car the next day after asking for it and loved the vehicle I bought so I wanted to take it. Every step afterwards was smooth aswell, we arrived at Parker Prestige and I’m sure it was Nathan that gave us the keys and finished off with the rest of the purchase, he took my car to have a look at it for a trade in and gave me the keys to have a look around the car and once he was back we went a test drive, filled in a few details, paid the deposit and signed some documents and we were on our way back home. Service was great and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good and well kept vehicle💪🏼

A genuinely positive buying experience..

I had a very bad experience buying from this company within two months of purchasing my Range Rover I received an email saying mot was due ! I paid to have this done and was told I would be reimbursed but failed to pay for this ! The following month a full service was due. No service history provided so at least two years without service. Onto December the camshaft gave in and engine seized . To break it down they weren’t interested I was quoted £17’500 for new engine, I informed them I wasn’t paying for a car I had less the 5 months and only a couple of thousand miles on clock ! After 6 weeks of headaches and independent mechanic was asked to investigate and they were found liable for repairs! However I was without car for nearly 6 months, they told me the didn’t give cars to customers however I realised they were lying when my car get dropped off at my home and the driver asked where there car was ! I explained that I wasn’t given one and he was mortified he had to make his own way home from Scotland to England so this is the kinda company you should stay clear of as there not interested if something happens to your car ! I can only thank my finance company for stepping in and helping me as without them I still wouldn’t have had car ! Never dealt with such a company and only hope nobody has to go through what I have !
