36″ Downrod: We sell a compatible 36″ downrod specifically designed for our fans. It ensures proper fit and safe installation.

Wiring Extensions: Because our fans include remote control receivers that mount inside the canopy, we typically recommend using our extension wiring kit or consulting a licensed electrician to safely extend the wiring while maintaining proper function of the remote system.

We completely understand your disappointment—receiving a fan without the downrod made it unusable, and then being unable to reach us only made matters worse. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are truly sorry.

To explain what happened:

The downrod was not intentionally left out of your order—it was temporarily out of stock at the time your order was placed, which caused a separate shipping delay. We sincerely regret that we did not proactively communicate this to you. Your attempts to contact us also occurred during the Chinese New Year holiday, when our offices were closed. We began responding to all outstanding inquiries immediately upon our return, but we understand that the delay was unacceptable.

Here is what we have done to resolve your issue:

The downrod order has been canceled

A prepaid return label has been sent to your email. You can return the fan at no cost to you—simply package it up and drop it off at the carrier location

We are grateful that you persisted in reaching out, and we are truly sorry it took a credit card dispute to get our attention. That should never have happened.
