After submitted my order I then went on to read reviews and to be honest there was a lot of negative ones so I emailed them with my concerns within a few hours I had a reply saying my order had been dispatched with DPD full tracking keeping me updated all the way said it would be delivered in 48hrs for which it was so thank you for good customer service and im delighted with my purchase

I am absolutely disgusted I’ve sent numerous emails no response I ordered on the 2nd of October, my order was suppose to be delivered yesterday the 9th and nothing I’ve no tracking information whatever I can’t now access the website to check my account , and I’m not happy 4 costumes I’ve paid for and they’ve still not turned up. Can you find out where is it asap.

I'm terribly sorry that you're unhappy with the service given.
I can see that the tracking information was emailed to you when the order was shipped - I've checked the tracking and can see that it was delivered via Royal Mail 2 days later.
I can see that you emailed our customer service team on the 9th requesting information on the parcel and an advisor replied the next day within 48 hours to confirm that the order had been delivered and attached an image of the parcel delivery.
I'm pleased you have your parcel but if there's any problems please reply back to our team and they'll get it resolved.

Scam - no costume sent…
Update: 7 emails now sent as Halloween parties start soon. I have not had one response to any of the emails . Customer service is non existent. I am convinced they deliberately accept orders with no intention of fulfilling them - total SCAM do not use . I have been waiting on a Halloween costume since September 11th , I thought that was plenty of time to get a Halloween costume. I have received no tracking, no response to my three ( now 7) emails and I’m starting to believe the company is a scam

I don't want to have to leave a bad…
I don't want to have to leave a bad review but I urgently need my decorations and it looks like this is the only way to get a response :(
I placed an order on the 19th and was supposed to get my parcel on the 29th. I received an email with a broken tracking link and have not had an email since then and the website is very unhelpful with providing updates. The party is on the 3rd and I have very little hope that my decorations will arrive before then and if they don't I would like a refund.

I'm really sorry that you felt like you had to leave a negative review. I'm not sure why you believe this was the only way to get a response when I can see our team replied to your email within 24 hours & we then had a 10 emails chain with yourself.
As mentioned on our replies Royal Mail tried to deliver on 3 separate occasions and due to nobody being available was unable to deliver the parcel - they then left a card to contact them to arrange collection which I can see you've now done.
The returns information was emailed over for you and we'll be in touch once the refund has been processed.

Doesn’t let you cancel order , the package isn’t coming until ages so I can’t even use it on my kids animal day , just use Amazon !! Work out how to cancel orders , never going here again and I spent a lot of money on it

I can confirm we can and do cancel all orders when requested however, if the order is shipped we cannot cancel it as in your case and it has to be returned for a full refund.

Wish I’d read these reviews! Ordered on 3rd September with an estimated delivery date of 13th. Says it’s been dispatched, email with ‘tracking link’ which doesn’t have an actual link, can’t log into my account and when o press to reset my password I don’t get an email. Going to have to order bits for my daughter’s birthday from elsewhere. Do not order from here!!

I'm really sorry to hear you're having a problem accessing your account, I can see everything is set up all ok however the email looks a little different to the one you've emailed us from so that may be why you're struggling to gain access to the account however, I've updated this for you.
I can see you emailed us on the 22nd of September and a team member replied within 24 hours sending you over all the tracking details.
We can see that Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 8th of September but no one was available to accept the parcel and it was taken back to the depot for collection.
I can see though that you've now rearranged delivery and you've now received your parcel.

Never received order - over £120
I ordered birthday supplies for my young daughters birthday. I paid £7 express delivery. Estimated delivery date was 13th September and it is still showing as 'processing". I've emailed customer service (there is no number) and had no response. I'm now going to trading standards to try and get my money back. My daughter's party is today and we will have to grab some supermarket supplies and not have the lovely theme we had planned for her. Disgraceful company that clearly make a habit of doing this. I wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand.

Ordered and paid £7 for express delivery. No shipping email, no tracking number, no parcel. Tried to reach out via email and heard absolutely nothing.
Luckily I paid via PayPal so was able to get a full refund. But do not use!! Absolute scam

Absolutely awful. Ordered a massive order of party things for my boys birthday party and paid for 'express delivery' the items haven't arrived! Nobody will answer me either. Why are these allowed to still be selling online when it's clear they will not actually send the items! Scammers
Edit: reply to partydelights response:
This is not true at all! There has been no calling card left from royal mail at all. My tracking information does not work. You have sent me no email. Do not make things up! If my items were sent via royal mail they would have put the items in my safe place and told me this. The items were due on Tuesday yet you then claim they started trying to deliver on Saturday. Just be honest.

I can confirm that your order, placed last Thursday evening, was dispatched the following day (Friday).
You will have received a dispatch email containing your Royal Mail tracking information.
Upon tracking the parcel, we can see that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your parcel on 3 separate occasions (the first occasion being last Saturday)
Sadly, I cannot seem to find any emails from you by searching your details, so we have reached out to you via email and provided you with the Royal Mail tracking information needed to book a re-delivery.

I can assure you that your order was promptly dispatched the following day after the order was placed.

Ordered party stuff in July knowing there was a delay with their delivery times and I was happy to wait until August for delivery. Anyway they just refunded me a few days before delivery into my bank account? No email no explanation nothing. Guess I'm not getting my order then? Unbelievable.

Firstly, we are sincerely sorry that we weren't able to fulfil your order.
The technical issues we faced when moving systems and warehouses caused significant problems, preventing us from dispatching orders.
Due to the issues still being unresolved at that time, we did make the decision to cancel a portion of the older orders, as we were conscious of the fact that customers had already been waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
We did ensure that all affected customers (including yourself) were notified via email at the time refunds were issued.

I think this website is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago, and the delivery date keeps pushing out. No response from Party Delights on email queries. I notice the company is in administration. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order on the 02/07/2025 for a few bits for my little boys birthday on the 13th August and my order still has not arrived, I have sent an email today about this but I’ve just read on the website that it can take up to 48 hours to respond which will be passed his birthday party, I’m gutted that I’ve wasted that money when I won’t even get to use them for his birthday, I don’t recommend using party delights

Don’t bother ordering as it will never arrive!
Party Delights used to be such a good, reliable website, I don’t know what has happened :(
Ordered birthday balloons 10 days before the nominated day of delivery (plenty of time i thought!), still awaiting a dispatch email and it is now nearly a week after the day I wanted the balloons delivered. Now completely useless for the occassion they were meant for!
I don’t believe I will ever receive them going by other reviews I have seen. Definitely avoid this website!

Ordered some party items nothing arrived
Ordered some party items. Delivery date wasn't exactly impressive being a week from when I ordered. Days after the delivery date has passed and the items still haven't arrived. I've emailed them. No reply. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.

I've had a look into your order and can confirm the estimated delivery date is the 22nd of August - please note this was clearly stated at checkout before you purchased.
As it's only the 31st of July this is why your order hasn't arrived yet. We do also state on our deliveries page on the website that orders are taking around 28 working days to arrive with customers.
The current delay is due to a technical issue & a recent warehouse move which we've stated on a big red banner on the home page.
Of course, if you're unhappy to wait for the order as it hasn't shipped you're more than welcome to cancel the order for a full refund. Please get in touch if you'd like to do this and our customer service team will get this resolved for you.

Terrible service
I ordered goods on 4th June. I was told by email that products would be with me by 12th June. I emailed on 23rd June to be told that they are having difficulty sending out orders. It is now 20th July and still no delivery. The event I needed the goods for has now passed and I have no use for them. Terrible service. I have ordered in the passed and had no trouble 🤬

Previously great service- what’s happened!
I have used party delights for years and they have been great. I recently placed an order but realised after purchase that the delivery date is in 6weeks so want to cancel the order but now the website won’t let me log in or change my password to cancel the order. Really disappointed. I cannot find a way to contact them.

I'm really sorry to hear you're unable to login to your account, you are unable to cancel the order in your account but we can definitely do that for you.
In regards to the long delivery timeframe unfortunately, as mentioned on the website we're having some technical issues with the warehouse and a warehouse move which is causing long delays on shipping orders. This is why when you go to checkout before you order it shows the delivery date which at the moment is 4 weeks time.
We appreciate this isn't great shipping and we're sorry, we're hoping to be back up and running as normal again soon but until it's resolved the shipping timeframe will be longer to prevent orders arriving after the ETA.
As requested I've cancelled your order and processed a full refund for you.
Apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused.
