Fantastic company. I had an issue with an order I put in and they contacted me to discuss my order and the company went out of their way to ensure it was dispatched to arrive in time for my event. Great products at reasonable prices. Can't fault them.

Nothing but praise! I received an item from the company that was damaged, I emailed the company and received a response 10 minutes later.
They dealt with this issue straight away and I received a replacement the following morning! Excellent customer service which is hard to find with big companies these days. Thank you.

I called quite late for a request (Pinata for son's b'day) and they were very friendly and helpful. Despite the New year period, the pinata was dispatched next working day and arrived the day after, super quick for standard delivery. Excellent experience with this company and will definitely use again

Ordered a hawain necklace for my car took them canceled my order sayin they never received a payment absolute joke

When a seller on eBay let me down, Party Packs was the only site I could find last minute that had what we wanted in stock and who were offering express delivery. Ordered on the Tuesday, item was dispatched same day and arrived on the Wednesday. Absolutely no complaints with the service I received and product was exactly as described.

5 stars!! I was very sceptical about ordering after some negative reviews, however my sons birthday decorations arrived today after only ordering Monday! The items were even personalised too, the quality of them is fab and this is definitely my new go-to party shop! Thanks guys my son will be made up when he sees them!

My order took 11 days to arrive and missed my party which meant I was running around on the morning of, trying to find replacements. When the package arrived and I noticed that my road name was missing from the address label which caused the delay. When I contacted CS there was little in the way of an apology and I was told that I could return the order at my own cost and the original shipping fee would not be refunded! Terrible service. Tried to support an independent but just wish I went straight to a big retailer.

Delivery came and did not follow instructions to leave with neighbour or safe place because party packs use a third party to order life size photos and did not give me the delivery details so delivery decided to return my order. I called party packs to find another way but no one could help. I had to hunt my parcel down myself after several tries and thanks to God’s angels, I got my parcel from depo before it got returned. This was after party packs said there was nothing they can do.

Never received my items it's been nearly 3 weeks since my order was placed and nothing . I don't even need the order now as event has passed.

I order smoke confetti cannons for my sister gender reveal and I was horrified when they turned up with a big sticker on the side stating the gender, thank god I noticed and then quite frankly they ruined the reveal because they were near on impossible to set off. I would absolutely not recommend this purchase.

First time buying from this company, I needed some last minute personalised items and other bits for a baby shower, I was very impressed with how quick I received everything. Great prices and this website has everything you could possibly need for a special celebration. The customer service team were so helpful and friendly when I spoke to them regarding delivery and a query with one item. Would absolutely buy from this company again.

Awful customer service. Long delays due to Royal Mail strikes and missed delivery date by miles. Told that if I wanted to return items it would be at my cost regardless of circumstances. Understand the delays are not the company's fault but being told aggressively that it was my fault for not choosing another delivery option (I had ordered with a delivery date way before it was needed) and that I "should be reading the news as the strikes are everywhere" is an awful response from this company. Definitely wouldn't use again.

Good first experience buying from here. I got some nice items and at a good price (cheaper than other stores for the same items). The star backdrops I bought were fabulous, I am so happy with them.
Delivery was also speedy.
I would certainly use again to buy party gear.

I ordered 90s decorations including personalised banners and party bags. Quick service, all in all less than a week from me ordering to the stuff being delivered. The prices of the items I brought were really reasonable and the quality of my items is great.

After reading the reviews I decided to take the risk. I ordered a personalised 50s theme banner. Delivery was quick, it took 4 days to arrive, and that was rhe standard delivery option. The item is just as described and shown on the preview image, which by the way i found very helpful. Thank you!!

I took a risk ordering from this company due to the bad reviews but i have to say im so surprised as my experience was brilliant. Quick dispatch everything of good quality and an amazing price. Really happy customer

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I ordered for my sons birthday party and was told the order would be with me ‘in good time’. I even offered to pay for a quicker shipping but no, it would be with me. They sent it via Royal Mail today knowing full well they were striking. I’m so angry because I offered to pay for quicker delivery but was told it would be fine. I assumed because they were shipping via another courier. Absolutely ruined my sons birthday party theme. I’m so angry.

Ordered some St georges stuff as going to England lionesses final on Sunday so last minute rush to get stuff. Ordered Wednesday, paid for 1-2 day delivery and was delivered before even 24hours had past. Great service.

Processing times stated incorrectly as 2 days and will prioritise if party date less than 2 weeks after 3 days had to call as had still not been dispatched and then no apology for not working to advertised timescale disinterested in errors or problen only option provided was for me to pay upgraded delivery made me wonder of its done intentionally to back people into a corner to pay higher delivery charges as royal mail timescales are also over exaggerated possibly to cover items not being processed in timescales stated.
Packaging is all thrown together in a bag and into a box.
Balloon garland balloons thrown into a bag not in equal colours so doesn't look as advertised once made up.
Worst company I've ever purchased from will not be using again or recommending.
