Awful customer service. Long delays due to Royal Mail strikes and missed delivery date by miles. Told that if I wanted to return items it would be at my cost regardless of circumstances. Understand the delays are not the company's fault but being told aggressively that it was my fault for not choosing another delivery option (I had ordered with a delivery date way before it was needed) and that I "should be reading the news as the strikes are everywhere" is an awful response from this company. Definitely wouldn't use again.

Good first experience buying from here. I got some nice items and at a good price (cheaper than other stores for the same items). The star backdrops I bought were fabulous, I am so happy with them.
Delivery was also speedy.
I would certainly use again to buy party gear.

I ordered 90s decorations including personalised banners and party bags. Quick service, all in all less than a week from me ordering to the stuff being delivered. The prices of the items I brought were really reasonable and the quality of my items is great.

After reading the reviews I decided to take the risk. I ordered a personalised 50s theme banner. Delivery was quick, it took 4 days to arrive, and that was rhe standard delivery option. The item is just as described and shown on the preview image, which by the way i found very helpful. Thank you!!

I took a risk ordering from this company due to the bad reviews but i have to say im so surprised as my experience was brilliant. Quick dispatch everything of good quality and an amazing price. Really happy customer

I ordered for my sons birthday party and was told the order would be with me ‘in good time’. I even offered to pay for a quicker shipping but no, it would be with me. They sent it via Royal Mail today knowing full well they were striking. I’m so angry because I offered to pay for quicker delivery but was told it would be fine. I assumed because they were shipping via another courier. Absolutely ruined my sons birthday party theme. I’m so angry.

Ordered some St georges stuff as going to England lionesses final on Sunday so last minute rush to get stuff. Ordered Wednesday, paid for 1-2 day delivery and was delivered before even 24hours had past. Great service.

Processing times stated incorrectly as 2 days and will prioritise if party date less than 2 weeks after 3 days had to call as had still not been dispatched and then no apology for not working to advertised timescale disinterested in errors or problen only option provided was for me to pay upgraded delivery made me wonder of its done intentionally to back people into a corner to pay higher delivery charges as royal mail timescales are also over exaggerated possibly to cover items not being processed in timescales stated.
Packaging is all thrown together in a bag and into a box.
Balloon garland balloons thrown into a bag not in equal colours so doesn't look as advertised once made up.
Worst company I've ever purchased from will not be using again or recommending.

I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched with Royal Mail on the 26th May, Called to see where it was on the 1st June and customer services were dismissive and disinterested. On 7th June still not arrived: Email yesterday asking for a refund and again today but no reply. Had I read the reviews below before ordering I would not have ordered from this company

Ordered several things, paid premium next day delivery and when I received the order they had filled a box full of tat that I don’t want or need. Rather than just cancel the order and refund me because they had ran out of all the items I’d ordered they took the money and sent rubbish that they could not sell for the jubilee. Absolute disgrace. Emailed them several times and they are now ignoring me when I ask for a refund. Do not use this terrible shop.

Their website is horrendously misleading - on what planet is a tablecloth made of slippery flag material. We'll be lucky if all our food doesn't slip off the table, just like this stupid "tablecloth" does. Be very very careful before you order from this shop, rather look on Amazon where you don't pay for delivery and can return the products easily.

It would have been useful to have read the reviews prior to me ordering the ball in a bucket set at great expense! The quality is very poor, with the rod supporting the bucket too small so the bucket doesn't sit flush. After I complained they did offer to refund, but all I wanted was a game that was fit for purpose.

Very dissapointed I ordered a banner requesting the words ‘Goodbye and Good Luck’ and the omitted the word Goodbye. I paid extra for a fast delivery £12.95 in total so extremely dissatisfied to say the least. E mailed company straight away but have had no response.

Excellent service as always. Have been a returning customer for years. This time we ordered a personalised banner for our sons birthday. I was amazed at how quick it turned up and the quality is fantastic. We will continue to purchase from this company due to its reliability, value and quality, and also because it has a wide variety of products that you can’t find anywhere else online or in the high street.

Received my order quickly and I absolutely love it it is made excellent and I will be ordering from them again 5 stars from me

I was worried by the negative reviews but I ordered anyway. So glad I did, emailed to say order confirmed and when it was dispatched. All received in the promised timescale, thank you very much for the great service

very efficient response to order, placed well before date required.

Website a bit clunky but that is probably as much my fault as the design.

Kept well updated on its being processed and subsequently 'out for delivery'.

But the problem is the courier they used - Dpd delivery was atrocious.

Delivery was due Friday (it was an expensive helium balloon with photo on it)
Dpd messaged stating delivery would be Friday lunchtime, but they failed to arrive. They subsequently messaged stating they would deliver it the following day (Saturday) they still failed to do so. Now Dpd state it will be another 48 hours - Monday

So a birthday balloon ordered early is now going to be delivered 3 days late - not because of party packs but because of the courier they use. A courier that was paid for the delivery contract they have utterly failed to honour.

So by all means use Party Packs, I have used them previously and they are brilliant, but I have previously collected direct from them - should have done so this time.

Party Packs themselves are superb but their choice of courier lets them down badly, hence poor review

My order was delivered extremely quickly and the products I received were good quality. I am planning a large themed party to entertain both adults and children and this shop had something for everyone at reasonable prices. Will probably place another order before the party now I've seen the quality of the goods.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery and had the items delivered without issue. Items were significantly cheaper than ebay even with next day delivery.
