Prior to purchasing our item we visited the Bolton store and the young lady who gave us information was great, not only giving verbal information but also written details enabling us to make an informed decision. When we visited the store to order our item Nicola was very helpful, with a friendly, knowledgeable manner. The two gentlemen who delivered and fitted the item on 02/06/2025 were excellent, very efficient, professional and again displayed a friendly, polite manner. Very pleased all round with the service we have received.

New oven
Fast, friendly and efficient service. Lee and Craig were very friendly and helpful. My old oven was removed and new Oven was fitted and working within 10 minutes of them arriving. Thankyou

Great service. Both Craig and Lee had a different space to work in. They also had differculty attaching the water pipe to the washing machine. They managed to adapt the fitting and now I'm a very pleased customer who has a fully working new washing machine.

Excellent service at this showroom and later with delivery and fitting of item bought,
The staff Alan and Nicola in the showroom on Saturday 25th May 2025 were extremely helpful. Alan found an appropriate hob and arranged very quickly for its delivery.
Today Tuesday, 27th May Lee and Craig delivered and fixed the hob which replaced a damaged one. It was on a granite work top but it fitted in no problem. They worked quickly and took the damaged hob away.
I’m really pleased with the service both in store and with Lee and Craig who rang beforehand to say when delivery was to be expected.
I will have no hesitation in buying from this store in future.

Worth the journey across Manchester
We travelled across Manchester to buy a dishwasher today having seen it online.

We purchased a fridge freezer which we ordered by telephone, the staff were so helpful making it an easy process.

I would not suggest to use Paul Davies. Everything was great until the arrival
Everything was great until the arrival. I have specifically paid for my old appliance to be collected. When the new oven arrives, the delivery company informed me that it has not been booked for the old devise to be collected. I gave a call to the staffs yet no help was offered apart from refunding the collection fee and ask me to hire someone else for collection. Now I have to have the old oven in my apartment for another week and I have to pay extra for the collection.

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused during your recent delivery. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have expected the collection service and for it not to have been fulfilled as planned.
While we did process a refund for the collection fee as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we appreciate that this did not resolve the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and we are currently reviewing where the process broke down to prevent this from happening again.
