We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Paul Davies Kitchen & Appliances. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent, and everything feels well made and built to last. Tony, the designer, was fantastic throughout, listening to our ideas and helping us create a kitchen that works perfectly for us. The fitters were professional, friendly and took great care with every detail. The tiler, electrician and plasterer were all excellent, working efficiently and to a very high standard. The whole installation was well organised from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommended!

Excellent from sales to delivery and installation
We popped in on Monday knowing we wanted a Bosch washing machine. The sales lady showed us the various models, took us through a tour of the controls, yes it was plugged in :) , then sold us the best one for us at a decent price.
Delivery was 2 days later. It wasn't straightforward due to the kitchen fitter who installed our previous one but they took it in their stride and had it quickly installed and removed the old one.
I tend not to pay for installation but washing machines are so heavy I found installation was well worth the cost.
Both sales and installation people stressed that we should register the warranty which extended it from 2 to 5 years.
We've dealt with them before which is why we went back there.

Great customer service by sue that works in the shop. I had been messed around by Currys so decided to go to Paul Davis where the customer service was miles better than Currys and I bought a new fridge freezer and a washing machine. No issues with the delivery. I would recommend going to this store it’s a 5 stars from me.

Excellent price for the product. Much cheaper than other sites.
There was a little mis communication regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly.
The courier updates were excellent and the guy who delivered the machine was very friendly and helpful.

New RangeMaster
After being let down by another company on ordering my new stove that never came, I cancelled the order, went on the internet and found Paul Davies Kitchens, in Bolton, I went on a Saturday, was impressed with the showroom, within half an hour of entering they ordered the range master I wanted, told me it would be end of July, I was willing to wait, price included fitting, and taking away old cooker. The staff in the showroom brilliant, I dealt with Alan, but chatting with other members of staff, all friendly and made you feel comfortable. On Friday the 31st Gary and Dave delivered my range, installed and took away my old cooker they where supper professional and friendly, what a great experience with this company from beginning to end, highly recommend and would definitely use them again

Helpful staff and attractive prices
Ordered online but unfortunately the model of oven I ordered was at the shop so could not be delivered to the NE of Scotland. However I was offered a selection of alternative ovens at attractive prices which could be delivered from the manufacturer direct. Staff were helpful and efficient. Oven was delivered on time by friendly and efficient delivery staff.

Speedy SuperStars you can trust!
The team from Paul Davies arrived at 0950 approx on the day of the day of delivery we had arranged. Talk about SuperStars! They were efficient, personable and flipping quick. No fuss, no mess, in-and-out in double-quick time. Old appliance removed, shiny, quiet new one installed and up-and-running as I type. And then they were on their way to the next lucky customer on their list.
Paul Davies was recommended to me by a colleague at the hospital where I volunteer. (I owe you Flower!). I'm going to need a fridge freezer and an oven soon. I now know which company I can trust to accomodate my requirements. To shop local and recommended really is best.

Can't recommend enough
We were expertly looked after by Ella, who planned our kitchen beautifully. We walked round the kitchens, appliances and sat until not only we were happy but she was too. Absolutely no pressure. I also spoke to Lucy who was superb and very professional with the documents I needed to sign and send
The install was seemless, the lads were fantastic and a credit to the company.
Ella has changed a dark kitchen into a stunning light usable space.

I have spoken to several members of staff and they have both been friendly and helpful.
They kept me informed of where my order was up to and the delivery driver was friendly and kept me informed about the time of my delivery, right up to 20 minutes prior to arrival.
