Very slow returns process
Ordered a jumper which didn’t fit right. Returned it over a week ago and no comms or refund. Extremely slow on processing returns and refunds.

Fab fine cotton knits!
We absolutely love Paul James' fine cotton knit rollneck jumpers! I have bought for the all four in our family from aged 31 to 68, male and female, and we all find them smart and so useful. They wash well and wear so well. Hoping for more colours, please!

It was a bit short for the size it was supposed to be. I'm only 6ft & it was 3xl. Getting a bit tired of sending things back....But the quality was very very good!
