Their website isn't easy to navigate, the filters doesn't allow to search for jumpers, only colour and there is no search facility. The customer services is almost non existent, it's done by AI and you need to schedule a call. I ordered a lilac jumper, and whereas the quality was fine, the fit, small, was far too big, it was more like a medium/large. The return slip is pdf and downloadable, you need to complete it by hand and the boxes aren't big enough. You can opt to pay for return a flat fee of £4 if under £100 but the portal to do this doesn't work. Good quality, but due to lack of customer services, lack of search on website and old fashioned administration, I won't order again.

I purchased a pink, cotton sweater from Paul James. It is PERFECT. The size, fit and colour is wonderful and such great quality. I have purchased from them previously and was equally chuffed. Also no plastic packaging included. Definitely recommended. I will be buying from then in future. The top is stitched and finished extremely well.

I think this company is terrific. The items are of the highest quality and arrive very quickly from the UK to Canada without fuss. Will continue to add to my wardrobe of winter clothes knowing they will last for a long time and will look good.
