Unsolicited emails and texts
The tops were not that good so after receiving my first order I returned them and requested for all of my data to be erased from their system. That was in June 2025 and to this date I am still receiving unsolicited emails and texts. I sent several emails to Paul James to question why my data was still being used despite requesting them to be erased. Paul James denies having any knowledge of these but they are all sent from Paul James?! Who knows whom they have passed my information to without my consent. Careful with your data because Paul James will not.

Beautiful t-shirts
This is the third time that I have purchased from Paul James and once again they did not disappoint. The item arrived in less than a week even they came from the other side of the world (literally - I'm in Australia). And the knitted t-shirts that I ordered were a perfect fit, soft, comfortable, had a touch of class and were very well made. I can't wait until I purchase another one of their great garments.
