Invoiced by shipping company after paying shipping
Product was excellent, but received a second invoice from the shipping company (worth 75% of the original bill!) despite also paying Paul James for shipping. At no point during the purchasing process was I notified this would happen.

Catalogue design and photography clear representation of garments when they arrive. Beautiful sweater. Texture, and weight don’t translate in a catalogue. Products always 10/10 for both.Fair prices for quality. Loyalty programme. Sale prices. International shipping is extraordinary.

Watch out for the tariffs
I know that tariffs are not your fault but I was charged close to a 100% tariff. I received a very nice wool beanie that should keep my noggin warm while tooling around outside this winter. Hopefully, the knotheads can get these tariffs sorted out in short order.
