Easy account setup , fast response and communicative

This is a great tool for Amazon sellers. The process was smooth with the help of Christopher Ortiz. Very professional and dedicated to helping the customers.

I am taking a course for Amazon Seller and have had the opportunity to hear many experiences about issues and solutions and noticed that many of the critics of users were related to their bad experiences with Payability because of hidden conditions and high fees. They all pointed that the fees were even charged directly from your Amazon account and sometimes the charge was even higher than what you were suppose to pay back. I hope nobody takes the risk with them.

First of all, Chris was awesome to work with. Great customer service and very helpful.
Our company previously used Payability when the fees were based on gross sales and had a negative experience with this. But it appears Payability has worked the kinks out with that. They now only take a fee on your net payout, and only when you take a payout. This is a huge improvement.
We didn’t get the starting rate that we were hoping to get, but were told that with time we can review our account to get closer to our target fee.
We’ll be happy to revise our review if we’re able to make progress by way of our fee for our payouts, but otherwise great experience.
It seems like Payability has taken into account some of the previous problems related to the overall fee being taken out, and has worked to resolve that.
Will make sure to update as we re-do our membership with Payability, but so far so good. And again, very happy with the customer service provided by Chris.

Just started working with payability and so far so good! A+ customer service, that’s definitely their strong suit, and the daily payments work as they should. Took a while to get approved, but is going to help the Amazon store tremendously!

They ask for intrusive information and string you along like they’re going to approve you, then at the very end tell you, no sorry you have to be 50% fba in order to use our services. Don’t you think that would be one of the first things they ask from you if it’s that much of a deal breaker? Thanks for wasting my time.

I think most of the 5 star reviews here are fake or incentivized. The only positive is that once you stop "working" with/for payability, you appreciate every penny you get directly from amazon AND learn to manage your finances on a normal bi-weekly schedule :) I gave it two stars because customer service was nice and worked quickly, but there were way too many stressful issues and the fees are not worth it in the end. They should integrate themselves more into amazon's portal and lower the fees because it's all automated.
