Seems illegal business practices
Had major issues with app, customer service and accessing my earned income. After 3 weeks, I was desperate to access my money and ended up paying $8.00 in fees. Customer service assured me there would be no fee on there end, but I was charged $2.95. I called to dispute the charge and they emphatically declined to refund my money. So, I called c/s again to see if they'd tell me 'no fee' again, indeed they did!! They care -0- about customer satisfaction, only about the $$$!! Even though their customer service dept was giving out false info they refused a refund. I can only imagine the $$$ they rake in on 'this' scam. Tell a customer one thing and do the opposite. Easy access to income, HA!!! Took me 3 weeks to access cash already deposited on my Visa. They make money this way, too. These business practices have a net positive effect on the asset & owners equity portion of their balance sheet. Disgusting!!!

Do not trust this company
The company does NOT get to the bottom of the anything. They constantly say they will escalate to engineer and get back with you then they do not. I have live chatted with them twice and called them once. Both times in live chat, the agents beg you to leave a review on Trustpilot. The first even sent me a link but my phone flagged it as spam so I ignored it.
It doesn't matter how many times you call or write, they will ignore you.
I have already warned my employer and coworkers about these people.
I took a look at their rating on BBB and 495 complaints in 3 years says it all.
My other review was removed but the people deserve to know the truth. After I left the review, they responded to me twice and said they would contact me. Still nothing. Surprise! Surprise! 🙄
7/2/2025 is the date of the last fruitless conversation with them.

The man was very patient with me!
Fredrick Chester got me setup to where I could create my account and access my money! I was beginning my light bill and this made me cry when he told me my balance and I was able to withdraw from it and handle my business!!! Thank u sooo much again.! This review is from 6:55am CST!
