Excellent Customer Service
I had a technical issue with our card terminal, and this morning I spoke with a lovely lady called Dawn. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step and we got the issue resolved quickly.
I honestly can't praise Dawn enough, she definitely excelled at customer service today, which has given me great confidence in Paymentsense and if I have the need to call them again I know my issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.... great work Dawn! :)

Great service, Trinity was wonderful
Trinity was wonderful, talked me through everything I needed to do and resolved the problem in just a few minutes. Always a great service from payment sense which is why I have never changed suppliers even if other companies offer better prices you have to ask yourself do they offer the same level of service?

Go somewhere else
These people are the worse they charge you money and don’t tell you when and how much as they don’t give any statements . If you apply to change anything you don’t get any response . Will be closing my account soon .

The patience of the customer service department is fantastic and what started out as a frustrating challenge was remedied with professionalism and courtesy. I was with paymentsence some years
I was with paymentsence some years, got surcharged on a number of occasions. They may have improved but I went to Zettle and have had no problems in 3 years. I actually feel I was shafted by paymentsence.
