I spoke to Andrew and Aimee via email to help me with an issue I had with Debenhams,I had sent Debenhams 9 emails with no resolution so I decided to try Debenhams pay +to see they could help. My Debenhams account was in credit , started a live chat with Chelsea , immediate response and all sorted within a couple of minutes, great customer service .

I have been waiting on a refund for a faulty jumper since March, I have been getting advised it was going into my account then on the next email asking what my complaint was and going back to the start, I have asked for it to be escalated twice with no response. I would like this sorted out asap and compensated for them time I have wasted with constantly needing to contact and repeat myself to you, the customer service is appalling

Do not use this service the interest is a total rip off they will hold you in debt make access to pay nearly impossible and force you down the road of drip feeding minimum payments to hold you in persistent debt and have the brass neck to contact you to tell you you are in persistent debt...

DebenhamsPay+ we’re very good I closed my account because Debenhams were diabolical. Order cancelled on the day deliver due on Christmas Eve was the last straw. How can you get a replacement present that last minute. Raised an order they couldn’t find took Pay+ to sort it out. Good finance arm but let down by the main Debenhams

What joke off company I applied for account got accepted orderd item 2 weeks later they put my account on hold don't buy from robbers

I received a five star customer care from DebenhamsPay+ Customer Services Team. Joshua was polite, courteous and was able to sort everything out for me and went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service received from staff Ashley today, dealt with my admin request in such a polite and speedy manner.
