they dont pay back your costs
so we took our dog to the out of hours vets as he caught a stick in his mouth and was not eating/ drnking - the cost of the bill was £1,228.39, This insurance company paid out £464.29, when challenged stating they dont cover things like surgical packs and lots of other things used in surgery. So if you have a dog and he has an accident and requires surgery, I wouldnt bank on this company paying you very much. I have never had such a poor service from as this from any previous pet insurance. shocking.

We understand it can be frustrating when the amount paid is lower than expected, particularly when treatment follows an accident and the overall vet bill is significant. However, claim payments are assessed against the policy terms, including what is and is not covered under the policy.

I don’t trust this company to provide insurance
By far one of the worst companies I have ever come across. They have consistently failed to take my direct debit for a year despite my account not changing and speaking to their ‘customer service’. If they cannot do a simple action such as taking payment, I don’t not trust their ability to act as an insurance company. Stay clear, they are torrid company and certainly not capable of offering you insurance.
