I ordered two products from this shop, a protein shaker and a passport holder.

First of all the passport holder is a terrible quality, the personalised initials on the front are not even centre so it looks odd. It feels flimsy and very cheap. Their website claims it is made from Premium PU Leather, I am shocked at what I recieved.

The protein shaker was supposed to be navy however I have received a shaker that resembles more of a charcoal grey than navy. I even put a picture of it into chat gpt and asked what the colour was and it came back with grey. The engraved initials on the shaker are also really dull, the whole thing is just one big grey mess.

I emailed the customer service team to express my dissatisfaction with the products but they said that personalised products cannot be returned. Now if it was a case I just didn't want them anymore I can completely appreciate that however I have listed several faults with both products but they are not really bothered.

I have been offered a refund of 50% on this occasion but I do not want the products. If I was to give them as a gift it would be quite embarrassing as they are not good quality.

Unfortunately I do not think they care about what the customers think of the products as this is a very simple case of me returning the products and getting a refund. At no point have I said I want to keep them and get my money back.

Amazing, amazing customer service!
Had an issue where I thought my parcel had been stolen during delivery. Contacted personalised gift shop and received a reply almost instantly saying they would send a replacement straightaway! Long story short my neighbour had taken in the parcel for me then gone on holiday but personalised gift shop were very understanding of the situation and confusion and were more than happy to help!
Once I received my item, it is of a very high quality and made extremely well. It’s exactly what I ordered and will make a perfect engagement gift for my friend!
Could not recommend them enough, thank you so so much! Will definitely be ordering from yourselfs again.

An ad popped up on social media and I purchased an item advertised as a product for "collectors of unique memorabilia" it said this figurine is a "must-have piece" "a unique gift"
What I ordered, and what arrived are in no way comparable to. The advertised product was a cute, well made figurine of Rocky from Hail Mary, what arrived looked like a plastic MacDonalds toy! Awful. Silly me, I should have checked Trust Pilot first.
It arrived relatively quickly, but wasn't worth 1/4 of what I paid for it. It was meant to be a gift, but it's so rubbish, it'd be way too embarrassing to give this piece of tat to anyone.
I've requested a return and full refund so will see if they respond. If not, I'll do a charge back on my bank. Do not buy from here, absolute scam.

I put a negative review on with two stars . Personalised Gifts replied stating how sorry they were and would I send the order number . This obviously looked to the world that they actually cared .

I have been a customer of PGS for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their range of products is amazing with many different variables for the same item so birthdays, weddings, retirement etc etc are all catered for. I have always recommended PGS to family members and friends and they have always been as delighted as me with their purchases. Prices are amazing and the turnaround from placing an order to actually receiving the item(s) is extremely quick. Their customer service is magnificent too. Thank you PGS once again for your incredible service.

Ordered three compact mirrors I had a small issue and was resolved straight away!

Very disappointing product and customer service experience

I ordered three personalised items for a birthday celebration, including a personalised tea tin. I placed the order in good time because the items were intended to be given as part of a birthday gift package.

Unfortunately, the tea tin arrived incorrectly. The personalisation shown in the product listing was not as expected, and instead of the tin arriving correctly personalised, it arrived with the personalisation as a label in the wrong format/position.

I contacted customer service and was told that a replacement would be arranged. I had already had to rearrange my birthday celebration with my friend because this item was an important part of the gift package, so I was genuinely relying on the replacement being the correct product.

When the replacement arrived today, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had simply sent another replacement sticker/label rather than replacing the personalised tea tin itself.

My order was for one complete personalised tea tin, not a separate tin and label. I explained this to customer service, but unfortunately the responses from Charlotte felt very much like an exercise in pointing out what had supposedly been agreed previously, rather than actually understanding or resolving the problem. There was very little empathy or ownership of the situation.

I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. In this case, I had placed my order in sufficient time, the item was not supplied as advertised, the replacement did not resolve the issue, and the customer service experience left me feeling completely unsupported.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience and will not be using them again. I will also be closing my account. The product issue was disappointing, but the lack of understanding and customer-focused support was ultimately what lost me as a customer.

I ordered a personalised pen for my partner. I was informed by Evri that it would arrive between 1230-1430 on 13th August. Then I had an update saying it was delayed until 14th August. It was actually stuffed through the letterbox sometime on 13th when we were out. On opening it we realised it had been damaged in transit. I contacted PGS helpdesk and was told a replacement would be sent out. It arrived in perfect condition within 2 days. Thank you so much to Charlotte, who sorted everything out in super quick time.

Excellent product. Beautifully made and super fast delivery. Looks way more expensive than what it cost. Lovely anniversary present for our friends whom I am sure will be delighted. So worth getting the gift box too. Really finishes off the gift.

Ordered these cake knives for my brother as a wedding gift. When it came the box was a little worse for ware and the one knife was a little bit scratched. As it was a present I emailed and said I was a little bit disappointed. But without any problem these lovely people sent me another set out and wow I am so pleased with them. Very quick delivery and in time for my brothers wedding tomorrow. Big thank you to the team 👏👏👏

I ordered the jar of sweets for my Son's 40th to put in with his gift, with a message and year he was born. They contained a mixture of sweets that he ate as a child, everybody thought this was a great gift! He loved his extra treat 😂 They were delivered quickly and wrapped extremely well..

Ordered a custom and personalised beer glass Monday night and arrived Wednesday afternoon. The print and glass is really good quality, with the print being perfectly centralised, absolutely over the moon with this product, 100% will be using PGS again. Couldn’t have asked for anything more the perfect experience. Will enjoy those beers with the premier league on Saturday a lot more now with this glass!

From ordering this company were helpful they engraved a vase for my sisters 70th Birthday. The engraving was beautiful. Hiccup with the delivery service which was not the company's fault they did everything within power to get it sorted from there side.. .my sister absolutely loved the vase it is something she can cherish. Well worth taking a look and buying from this company.

I ordered an embroidered apron for my daughter for her birthday and I was amazed by the excellent quality of the item. It is beautiful and was very nicely presented in a gift box. My daughter is thrilled with it. Thank you so much for putting up with me (I know I was a difficult customer), I appreciate your patience and also your persistence in chasing the delivery company.

I have never written a Trustpilot review but felt I had to do one with this company.
I ordered a snow globe with the option of pink hearts to replace the snow, for my granddaughters 4th Birthday personalised with a photo of her and a message no one else would understand.
The snow globe arrived with snow - their mistake.
I emailed to complain and then a series of emails began with the offer of a replacement but I would not risk not having the snow globe for her birthday. I therefore asked for a refund.
Latest email was they would send a replacement with the hearts but if I wanted a refund they would need the snow globe back before returning my money - why on earth do they want the snow globe back which has been personalised and they will only throw in the bin!
I asked for a phone call but they don’t make calls only emails.
This company needs to take a good look at their customer service WHEN THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE!!

I paid extra for weekend delivery as it was my grandsons birthday. Parcel never arrived! Sent an e mail and two days later the parcel was delivered. They didnt even refund the weekend delivery amount I had paid-very very disappointing, will not be using them again.
