I ordered a Christmas present from Personalization Mall and on December 23 at 2:00pm realized I made a spelling error when I sent the order in. I called and they reordered the product for me and said I would receive it the next day December 24 Christmas Eve. I was doubtful! But Personalization Mall came through for me, exactly 24 hours later I have my correctly spelled present. Excellent customer service!!!

Personalization Mall has always been a great experience for all of my personalized needs. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered 10 Christmas stockings at a cost approaching $200. The name on one of the stockings contained an “r” that when printed looked mote like an “n”. I reached out to see if we could get a new stocking made that would contain the full name as opposed to the nick name used originally, thinking maybe this would resolve the issue. An $18 stocking (original charge) would now cost me over $40 to replace. The only concession was a $9 credit of I opened an account with the company. No other consideration was offered. Won’t be buying anything from this site again.

I ordered two of these personalized buckets with snowballs. They arrived at my house in 2 DAYS!!! Super cute! Great communication with seller! Highly recommend!

Such a great gift idea. I have purchased other items from Personalization Mall, but this is my favorite. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery time ( less than 10 days)

Personalization Mall is 97% great! All of the glass (10) and ceramic (4) ornaments are exceptional and am proud to give them as gifts. One of them, however, not so much. It was an acrylic memorial in rose gold, which I cannot recommend. The etched drinking glasses (beer mug and whiskey glass) are perfection and believe all these gifts will be treasured for years to come. I trust this company over many others I have tried.

The stockings are just too beautiful. Thier a great thick material printed beautifully and large enough to stuff for the kids. I bought 7 Xmas stockings. Delivered as promised. Well worth the price I paid!!

I love their products. The prices are more than reasonable. The shipping costs are outrageous. I paid twice as much for shipping than I paid for the products. I had 3 orders this month

Any order that I have placed, and I have placed a LOT of orders with PM, comes out great. Some are gifts and some are for me. Quality is always great, pricing very fair, and processing and shipping is amazingly fast. I would give them more stars if I was able to.

Would not recommend.
Purchased the round call where you supply a picture and they put it in the ball with snow and evergreens in background.
It looks so cheap. Picture is too small. Certainly overpriced for what I received.

this company is completely dishonest From the start they say $10 off 1st order for email.then they say (after they have email to sell) your phone number for texts is REQUIRED.Then i was ordering personized doormats they advertize for $36ish.i go through entire process then they tell you $36 service fee each personized item so literally double cost at last minute of sale.To name a few.This company is as shady as they come.Shop elsewhere

I have ordered from this company in the past many times and shipping has always been very prompt except if you plan on ordering during the holidays. For example I ordered a stocking for a trainer of mine on November 29th on December 12th it still has nothing shipped yet. It seems like the holidays they get bombarded and your shipping times or grossly understated

Ease of ordering, quality product, fast delivery and personalization.

My wife ordered a robe for me, which unfortunately was not stitched correctly with one sleeve longer than the other. I emailed them and as recommended,and sent them photographs of the issue. Within 24 hours my problem was resolved. They refunded my entire cost to my credit card account. In my opinion,this speaks very highly of a company which is reliable trustworthy and truly cares for its customer satisfaction. The agent I spoke with Kathryn was very patient, supportive and resolved the issue promptly. I recommend personalization mall without any reservations.

Ordered product. Tracking immediately said product was shipped. Product did not arrive when expected. Email response to my inquiry was Ai generated generic response. Called and was lied to about shipping status. Offered re-order or refund. Opted for refund due to lack of honesty by phone rep.
Won't do business ever again.
