My cards were exactly what I wanted. They use high quality paper stock. I cannot wait for December to mail them out.

We got a customized cutting board from our realtor. A very generous and thoughtful gift. Within two days on our counter with no use it cracked. This was one of those situations where going back to the realtor didn’t feel like the right move. So we glued it back together.

I’m a repeat customer of Personalization Mall. Everything is always as expected. Never had a bad experience with them. Quality products and fast delivery always!!

I ordered a doormat, and it faded from a light brown to ann ugly pink color and it looks awful now. I don’t live in an excessively sunny state, but again, it’s a doormat!!
I contacted the company, and they said because the item is personalized (aren’t ALL of the items personalized) they cannot replace it! What in the heck!! I will NEVER order from them again! Buyer beware!!!

Wrapping paper was printed exactly how I wanted it and came very quickly. Would highly recommend Personalization Mall and would definitely order from them again

They have so many things to personalize! I bought lots for my son's graduation, and I get bathroom accessories with photos to redecorate. Fast shipping and just a wonderful company. Been a customer for years!

Customer support was great. After I submitted the order I needed to make changes. They were very helpful and accommodating. Even with the changes, the order arrived quickly. It turned out exactly as the preview they provided on the site. It was exactly what I wanted.

The aprons are so cute. My granddaughters loved them. We had a successful afternoon cooking. I made a mistake with one of the aprons in my first order. The customer service agent was so friendly and helpful in ordering the correct aprons size.

the product was ok but the gift boxes are horrendous. Super tacky, and you can't use them if you don't want to look like a schmuck. Customer service is bad. I order a lot of these types of gifts and I will not use this company again.

Do NOT order from this company. The item you receive looks nothing like your order placed. I threw mine away as they offered me store credit for an item that the letters did not match what ordered. I 100% tell you from personal experience DON’T buy from this company!

Have recently ordered two personalized fleece blankets. Both were perfect. Easy to follow website to design the gifts. Added five photos to each blanket. Vietnam veteran received one of the heartwarming recognition of Marine’s service. Our granddaughter was thrilled with photos on blanket with her and her new puppy. Both were unique birthday gifts. I ordered only a few days before my anniversary giving them only a day to do it and get it shipped so it would be here on time. Well they DID it!! It turned out beautifully and arrived just in time!! Thank you so much!!

My wife ordered a personalized metal tin bucket for her sister’s upcoming wedding, and the name inscribed was barely visible and completely blended in with the metal bucket - almost like it was not even there. We requested a refund and we were given two options to either only receive half of our money back for a refund, or a credit towards another one of their products. The customer service agent also informed us that if we want to replace the item the very same thing might happen again. Would definitely not recommend this company for personalization.

The quality is amazing my stickers are always perfect down to the detail of the picture. The customized mugs I ordered also come out exactly what I envisioned. Highly recommend.

I stumbled upon Personalized Mall a few years ago and have always been amazed at the uniqueness of so many personalized gifts. I again ordered some Father's Day gifts and they were exceptional and so reasonably priced. Very impressed with them!

ordered shoes for my grandson's christening on May 8th. As of today, 5/28/25, does not even show shipped.
the lack of concern or help from customer services is quite disappointing. They just fluff it off with no offer to find out where/when/anything !!!!
