I was looking for a tote bag on which I could write more than just a name, and this bag was perfect.

PERSONALIZATION MALL NEVER DISAPPOINTS! The shipping on this product was FAST! It is a beautiful Patriotic Doormat.

I ordered a birthday present for my son that was to be delivered by his birthday May 16th. Besides the full price of the product they charge full shipping charges to be there on time. As I right this review on may 18th 11:pm EST the tracking says it will post as soon as there is some movement. Wow are you kidding me, this company is a scam and a rip off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

The item I bought came with a gift box. I had the company put the box together and had them put the item into the box. The gift box kit came with the box, the lid and tissue paper. I had a choice of then either sending me the gift box kit with the item or to have them set it up.
The gift box is damaged and had to have been damaged before it was put into the shipping box. I would like a new gift box but there doesn't seem to be a way to get it replaced. It comes with the purchase of the item I bought.

I placed an order for 3 oversized sweatshirt hoodies.
1 out of three was defective. The name printed was almost near the armpit and 2nd out of three - the stitching unraveled at the bottom of the hoodie. Jose provided false information by stating that I should attach pictures and after reviewing the pictures that I could receive a full refund or an exchange. I requested a full refund. Jose then claimed that as a one-time courtesy (like he was doing me a favor) that I would receive 1/2 credit for each item. I would have preferred the credit being applied to my credit card. If a company does not stand their products, then their words mean nothing - Who would want to order anything else from Personalized Mall?

I ordered a personalized item and they made the error, they said, "Mistakes happen, and we understand that sometimes errors occur during the ordering process". it was not an error on my part, I double checked everything. They used the same birth flower for April and June. It was an error on their part. They want me to buy another one at 50% off! Why should the customer have to spend any money on their error. I will not purchase anything from this company again. They do not care about customer service; they only care about profit!

I ordered a personalized heart stone for my mother for Mother's day. I added 20 names of grandchildren out of a 21 name option. Unfortunately when it arrived one of the names was repeated. When contacting them (customer service) their only option was to repurchase at 50% off and not including postage. I will never purchase from this place again. ZERO STARS.

Can't download photos and their robotic customer service sucks. I would definitely recommend trying another service

if there was an option to give zero starts that is what I would use. I can't say enough about the poor website design and horrific functionality. don't try to make any personalize items. It is a waste of time. Your designs will be lost. The customer service is dismissive and uncaring.

The company refused my order for no good reason. Would not recommend to order anything from them unless you are sure that what you want them to print will pass their extrem censorship. I intended to have a private and fun writing added to my personal space but will have to look into other options now. Was my first and last order with this business.

Product was easy to order. Price was better than other places I had checked. Shipping was faster than estimated date. Was a gift for my Aunt. She loved it. The quality is amazing!

I ordered the tumbled stone coaster set. The set had four coasters. Three of them were badly cracked upon arrival. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement. In the new set two of them were badly cracked. They told me these were natural imperfections. The cracks were so bad I could not use them.

I ordered a gift for my grandson that was supposed to be in by the 5th. The tracking shows no movement for 4 days. Then suddenly it shows out for delivery to my home in Johnson city tn. I was in North Carolina then I get home and check it and it says picked up by individual. Not possible. I reach out they tell me I have to reasearcj this. They shipped it and should have rights to that information. It also shows picked up at 556 pm and we all know the post office is not open at that time. They have no care to try to help or make it right they did nothing but give me a run around. This was a gift for my grandson. Very disappointed in this company not caring and will leave a bad review on any website there is. Praying my bank will make it right when I call them today.

Very petty business. My entire order did not arrive and upon contacting them multiple times, they told me to wait longer. After over a month of waiting I told them to give me a refund. They said they couldn't, due to it already "in processing". I finally said I would just handle it through my bank. The next day my order was shipping. They told me because I threatened them (no threats were made other than contacting my bank) so they block me from even entering their website. Very petty business. They would rather stick it to the customer rather than actually run their business professionally and give the customer what they paid for. I'm guessing this is a small business. They marginalize their customer.
