Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever come across. Each email, deapite being in the same chain is being reviewed by different people, each asking the exact same questions and not reviewing any of the previous emails. Its as though they don't understand how to respond to an issue other than to say "Please provide these details" then it gets passed onto the next customer service person.

Extensively long email chain and still my issue is not even addressed. Diabolical service, can't even get to addressing the product yet.

The table runner was beautiful! I bought it for my sister who has 7 grandchildren! She was overjoyed! I couldn’t wait to give it to her so I gifted it early!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a large oreo cookie tin and they got the year wrong on each cookie. I contacted to resolve the issue and was advised they would return my call. I received one phone message and one email in the same day. I responded to the email and sent them a picture of the mistake.Then nothing for days. I called two more times after the original complaint and was assured they would immediately return my call ( both times), due to the fact it was another division that handled that product and the customer reps I spoke to could not correct this on their end. I stressed that I needed the product in a timely manner as the date of my function was approaching.Days passed and no phone calls or emails. I sent another email and the very next day I received an email saying they returned my money minus the $5 ( excess ) shipping fee. They did not follow through with replacing my order and I would have preferred to have the product rather than the refund but they never called me to discuss this. Also it still cost me $5 for their error. I also gave a rating on their website as to my experience and to my surprise it does not appear.

This is the second year I have ordered items from this company. They do what they promise and I have not been disappointed. The items are reasonably priced, especially since they are personalized. The products were all very well made.

Automatically cancelled my order of a meme on a coffee cup. They don't want your money, don't bother giving it to them.

Personalization Mall has great gift ideas, until you want to return something. I have a coaster with the wrong name on it. They offered a 50% off replacement; which seems great, till you realize the shipping is more than the original price.

Don't order from this company - they don't accept returns. Their display of products was misleading, causing me to order boxes I don't need (not personalized, still in the original wrapping). Still they won't take them back

Worse customer service ever received. They don’t give a shit / just like the majority of people working for shit companies. Will never use them again. Just spread the word - had a wedding gift delivered - went to a wrong address. When the people who received package (gift box, card and personalized wedding blanket) called the company to say the person’s name on box didn’t live there. Personalization Mall said “ just keep it!” No phone call, no email, hey / maybe use your phone and google the person’s name?????? Hey / she lives on same street #1 not #11? It is not rocket science. Show some effort that you give a shit. Manager that called just as much a shitty attitude (lied that no one called when last person I talked to told me she saw that the people DID call - how horrible - but then when i thought about what the poor woman must make an hour at this shit company……… it made me feel a little better. Don’t ever use this company. They don’t stand behind their products and more importantly, they don’t care.

Purchased personalized wrapping paper for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I selected 3-5 business days to give me enough time to get the product before her birthday. It arrived 7 business days later with no explanation from the company, only received inaccurate updates from FedEx about the timing of delivery. At first it said the product would arrive on the 5th business day and on that day it said it would be delivered by the end of the day. When it wasn’t delivered on the fifth business day, I checked the tracking again and it changed to “we’ll let you know approximate timing once your package is in transit.” If you order from this company, don’t rely on the shipping timeframe they provide, even though you pay for expedited delivery or on time delivery.

I have ordered from here multiple times and the quality is great and the shipping time is unmatched.
