I ordered a gift on 12/12/24. This package was originally carried by UPS to be transferred to USPS. Yet, I was never given a tracking number tied to UPS. Now, I have a tracking number for USPS (not valid) yet they say they do not yet have the package. This is ridiculous. I ordered an extremely sentimental, emotional gift 14 days in advance of Christmas. For an address 2 hours away from me. I contacted customer service and got a bot response. I will never order from this place again.

The best gifts ever the quality is awesome fast shipping. Every year I purchased gifts from PM because their merchandise is worth the money.

I wouldn't order from here. I placed an order on 12/2/24 that fedex claims to have delivered, but they did not. Fedex is known for this in this area and this Personalized Mall is now part of the 1-800-flowers conglomerate so too big to really care about an individual customer. These were all client gifts with names and special dates that I now can't get replaced elsewhere. I'm very embarrassed not to have gifts for all of them. I contacted Personalized Mail for assistance. They responded within a day telling me to ask neighbors, family.... and contact them again if not located. I contacted them again and now I get silence. No reply. They obviously don't care AT ALL. I'd only order if you don't care if and when you receive the item. Certainly not if it's a special gift. I may have to report them to my credit card company to reverse charges since it wasn't a small or inexpensive order. I asked that they just replace the missing items which is what they won't respond to. I mean if I got them as they've implied, why on earth would I want duplicates that are highly personalized with names and dates. I wouldn't, but again, they don't care.

I love my purchases. The make-up bag is beautiful!! I will enjoy it for many years!!

Doghouse pillow arrived today. Exactly how I order it. Fully stuffed, perfect size, and beautifully personalized.

I ordered a snow globe as a Christmas present and had it engraved. When I received item I was unable to see engraving unless I held it up to my nose. The revolving tree inside was tilted and would get stuck. I send pictures and explained problems. After review their expects claim everything was fine! They did offer 20% off…so the recipients of gift get present with defects.
Never order from again!

Please be very careful as to what you order.... What I ordered is not what I was expecting to receive. My wine glasses look like a label was slapped on it... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING and very embarrassing to sent to the people I want to send it to. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!! oh and they will not refund the shipping as well. :(

Great products, great service, willing to work with you. I forgot three names on an ornament emailed them the next morning after placing order and they were able and did correct it.

I placed a previous order with PersonalizationMall and received the item in five days. So during cyber Monday I placed a second order with them and it took them over a week to create the product. It was then going to take in another week for it to reach my home. Yup, 16 days from purchase to my door. Where I needed to wrap the gifts and send them out of state. However, it would not reach my family in time for Christmas. When I contacted personalization mall, they said they create the product based on how you decide to have it shipped. The only way that they will create product in one to two days is if you request a rush, shipment and pay extra. So if you’re looking to save any money on shipping, understand that it will take them a week to make the product and another 8 to 10 days to ship it to you. Absolute BS. The front page of their website says that they turn around product and one to two days and says nothing about it being based on how you request to have it shipped.

Ordered Xmas Ornament in Nov. They advertised fast shipping. As soon as I received my order confirmation email (within minutes) it said "allow for 10-20 business days for delivery". I emailed back a couple days later requesting to cancel order as I wouldnt receive it until after Xmas and I was told they couldn't because my order was already processed and shipped? But if it shipped immediately, why the delay? They are using Fed Ex (not Canada Post who is on strike). They refused to cancel but now the tracking number says "no item found for this number." Soo...did they cancel after all and not issue me the credit? I emailed again but not sure I will receive an answer. Will NEVER use again! Not to mention I ended up paying $40CDN for this tiny ornament (that's not on them...I didn't realized they were an American Company).

I ordered a gift this morning by later in the day it was $5 less. I called customer service to ask for a credit to my payment method. The rude agent told me they don't do that they would apply to a store credit???!!! Seriously I just ordered it less than 10 hrs ago. I shouldn't have to have a store credit if I don't want one now I will never purchase another item from them again. By law you can get a refund of its less than 48 hrs. Someone should tell this company that as well. It's a shame I was treated so poorly with terrible customer service as she put me on hold without asking I just heard music. I have bought in tge past and was quite satisfied with my purchases but after today I will never order from personalization mall again. Bad customer service is a way to ruin a business other options out there.
