I ordered a dog harness on 15th August and still have not received it..noone to call just email..all they say is will check and update...nothing...been in transit since 24th..it says they are in Melbourne..i am in Sydney..should have it by now...dont order from this company..disgusting service
Package never arrived
I’ve been in contact with petpend since the beginning of august and all they can say is your package is coming , tracking just hasn’t updated, it’s been sent etc. No number to call and chat to someone goes to a message bank everytime & only one “customer service” employee.
I highly encourage people not to purchase from this brand! I have flagged the brand with Afterpay and Australia post! In hopes something can be done so this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I ordered from NZ a "bite resistant" pack of dog toys, my dog had chewed them up within 2 x days! I had to take them off him as some had bells in them & would have been extremely harmful! I took photos, sent them thru & asked for a refund. As per Consumers Act - must be fit for purpose! They refused & said I could have a 10% discount off my next order - uh no thanx! Rubbish products! BE WEARY!

Shocking service. Am going to take it further. Still waiting for one item 4 weeks later. I keep getting emails saying it is nothing to do with them, blaming it on the pandemic. Do not buy from this company.

100% scam!!! Very unhappy customer!!! Placed an order in June and it’s almost September and haven’t received, I understand there are delays I just want a refund! I have emailed many times!! The part of the order I did receive was not as described! The puppy clothes not great quality look like iron on stickers about to peel off. The barking collar is not one size for all as it doesn’t fit me dog. The wee pad leaks and doesn’t hold water it instead leaks out the sides!

Please do not buy from here!! Please don’t!! It’s a scam! I purchased a lead on 1st august 2021, it is now the 26th of august, nothing. I have emailed 3 separate time and have got different excuses. First they told me the lead was on the way and the tracking will be updated in 72 hours, 5 days later same reply. Now I have gotten the excuse that there is a supplier issue and don’t have any stock!
I have asked for a refund on 2 different times but no reply. Support local business, they my be a little more expensive but at least you know they will arrive! I wish I read the reviews before wasting my money!

Omg I wish I had of seen this sooner! I've had the same problem with sizing etc and they tried to intimidate me by getting supervisor to respond because I sent a spicy email!! So annoyed and waisted so much money!! Absolute crooks!!! Losers!!!

I order end of July, Bad communication Tried to change my address as I moved house email them to let them know as it didn't give me an option and the site to change my address They said they were unable to update my address Parcel was not sent it was returned to sender i have since emailed them and get the same email back your email has been viewed by admin , not good enough want my money back.Still waiting for a reply or money back on 9 september
This is a total scam Today I received a pastel with the same tracking number of my harness which are ordered and July I thought great my parcel has arrived finally I open app to discover not a harness but 2 pairs of shaping highwasted tights WHat the hell I want my dog harness not tights that are 4XL So fudging over this scam site you can't contact them or nothing

Do not order from this company. Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. The company is disingenuous at best but most definitely unethical. Dishonest communication via email and dishonest website. Product itself is ok but made in China and not the quality I was expecting.

Looks like I’ve fallen for the same scam as many on here have, ordered dog harness on 26/07 still haven’t received it, sent many emails and messages with no response, have received 2 messages telling me it’s on its way but can’t be tracked. I was worried after seeing reviews on here that my order wasn't coming as it had been 3 weeks since I ordered my dogs harness. I received my order yesterday,and I am quite happy with the quality and the design. It looks exactly as it was advertised,so I'm not sure why others have had a bad experience? The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because it took 3 weeks,despite that issue, I'm glad it arrived and it looks awesome on my Goldie!!

Petpend is SCAMMERS items ordered took weeks to arrive which I tried to cancel after a few days as they state Australia company so here is me thinking I will get my order in a few days by Australia post, but they wouldn't let me cancel and when order arrived the quality is very very poor and nothing like what is on the website
Worst pet supplies company ever
If only I could give negative 5 stars. They didn't post the item until 25 days after purchase and you can only refund 30 days from purchase, so the harness arrived outside of that time frame. It always takes them a week to respond and they just stall. Harness wasn't even as pictured and the straps would not extend. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE DODGY SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I am STILL waiting for a refund

I ordered a harness yesterday around 2PM, come 4PM I emailed them requesting to cancel. I do not hear anything back. I sent more emails, I messaged them on facebook, I wrote a post on their wall requesting for my order to be cancelled (which they deleted).
I then get a response from a "Chloe" saying that they do not do change of mind refunds and "I highly recommend you carefully assess before making the decision to make a purchase in the future." with links to the ACCC. Nowhere on their website states "no change of mind refunds" and under the ACCC as a consumer if we haven't received the goods and it hasn't been shipped then we are entitled for a refund on an order.
Stay away from this company, they claim they make our experiences with petpend pleasant but none of this has been pleasant so far.
