As one of the other reviews said, if I could go negative I would. 5 emails and they still can't tell me where my order is from July 12th. They sent me the same reply a week apart that the order was on it's way. Do they make to order???? Absolute joke. goodbye Petpend

Very good quality products
Very good quality products, my little girl is doing great and comfortable with them. The shipping can be improved but given the recent lockdowns in Melbourne, I can understand a little delay but overall I'm happy with my experience. I will definitely be buying more!
They fit perfect and really easy to put on!
They fit perfectly and are really easy to put on. My dogs usually don't like harnesses but they seem to be happy with those. The colours are nice and vibrant. I love them. Delivered in 10 days! I highly recommend it!

Good quality harness - 3 week to delivery
The harness is good quality and fits perfectly. Only issue was the delivery time. It took 3 weeks to deliver.

Although took a few weeks for delivery , finally got my two Dog harnessess today , I have 2 x xlarge American bulldogs was worried they wouldn't fit BUT yay fit beautifully. Will definitely buy from.petpend again .

I rated it one star because zero wasn't an option. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - I received incomplete order and have had many generic emails from them. I have been trying to resolve this for more than two months. I will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC.

Buyer beware!
I ordered a large frisbee from PetPend, nearly 3 weeks later it arrived. Unfortunately they'd sent the wrong thing, a smaller sized frisbee.
I got in touch with customer support, a few days later they said they'd sent the correct one but their website description was wrong and they'll "fix" their website and offer 5% refund. Their website matched the manufacturer specs though so this was a blatant lie. They've now changed the website to match the lie, so the product no longer matches every other website selling these.
I refused the 5% as per ACCC guidelines I'm entitled to replacement or refund when "it is significantly different from the sample or description".
A few days later they tried to offer a 10% voucher instead.
I started an official PayPal case at which point they then tried to offer first 5% then 10% again before sending me an aggressive email claiming if I wanted a refund I would have to post it at my expense to a warehouse in China and pay an extra restocking fee!
After repeatedly quoting various ACCC guidelines about the sellers responsibility to pay return postage for acknowledged major faults, they tried to force me to again pay for return postage myself to a local address on the PayPal claim, which then closed the case when I refused.
This whole process took over a month.
I then got in touch with PayPal customer support, who refunded me the entire amount directly within 3 hours - this is how a reputable company like PayPal works.
So be careful, postage for items might come slowly from China and it's luck of the draw whether you get the right thing. Petpend have shown themselves to flaunt Australian consumer law and both lie and give slow and aggressively defensive customer support when they make a mistake.
Inaccurate size chart and terrible customer service
I measured my cat to their sizing chart and purchased a medium harness but my cat slipped out of the arm hole. They clearly sent the wrong size but said this is a customer fault, so I've lost my money and I had to cancel my van trip because of this mess. It's been an awful experience.

Advertise as a small Melbourne based business, but the items are drop shipped from China.
You can save money by ordering direct from AliExpress/Wish yourself.
Disappointed, poor quality poor service
Like all of the other reviews on here, we have experienced exactly the same issues. 6/7 weeks for an order to arrive, incorrect goods delivered, poor quality and sizing doesn’t match the website. Extremely disappointed with a company that promotes itself as being 100% Australian owned!
Petpend delivery from China - expect 1 month to AU
The biggest gripe about this company is they deliberately mislead customers they are in Melbourne. Expect delivery direct from China in a little under a month. Shopify will be able to give you the tracking. The quality is cheap Chinese quality. I expected it to arrive in a month given reading all these reviews (and the scam checker website) and it came exactly as planned.

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered on 9 June and tracking advised the item was ready for dispatch on 10 June. By 18 June I still had no confirmation my order was sent. I followed up and staff promised to get back to me ASAP. 4 days later and still no contact. I did however notice my order was dispatched on 18 June. It is now 28 June and my order is still in Melbourne! WTAF!! I’ll never use this company again… I’m so angry at their complete lack of respect for paying customers. Avoid if you can!
