Wonderful dog beds. Fantastic quality. Order processed quickly and efficiently. The dogs love them.

I ordered two items, one of the items - a dog bowl, was smashed when it arrived. I contacted PLS and they remedied it immediately - I am so impressed; no fuss just sent out a replacement by urgent courier so I had it within 2 days. Excellent customer service thank you.

I have 3 Scruffs Hilton/Chateau beds for my 4 dogs. I've just replaced the first, which was well worn after 11 years of daily use by 2 thundering great bullmastiffs & a staffie. So, these beds are good & my dogs love them. BUT. There are some learning points, discovered recently since I bought the 3rd bed, a Chateau, for my elderly staffie earlier this year, which has not been such a happy experience. She has dementia & has started to 'nest' before she sleeps. A minor tear in the cover was easily repaired with iron on tape (BTW the spare covers are fantastic!!!). The 'waterproof' layer was undamaged. But the non-woven fabric underneath that contains the foam crumbs is totally destroyed & we have crumbs escaping everywhere if I take the top cover off. Secondly, I discovered the 'waterproof' layer is anything but when she started peeing on her bed. On its own, water pools on it. But next to other fabrics the pee wicks straight through & once in the memory foam it stinks. So I've got to replace that bed too after just a few months. This could all be resolved by using stronger, properly waterproof fabric to contain the crumbs, & dispensing with the useless so-called 'waterproof' nylon cover. The replacement for the oldest bed arrived today so I'll see how we get on with this before deciding whether to buy Scruffs again.

Ordered bed on Amazon from Scruffs Store with stated delivery of 12th April. On the 14th unable to tell me when it will be shipped. This is of no use to me at all. I have now cancelled the order, will need to wait and check for refund and purchase from elsewhere. A complete waste of my time. If you can't fulfil orders please don't take them.

The website information was spot on in describing the soft dog bed. It was easy to place an order and information was sent to me several times concerning which stage of the delivery process the parcel had reached. The proof was in the pudding. As soon as I had unpacked it our 4 year old cocker spaniel was in it!! The soft day bed is very well made and washable.

I brought a cover which broke.. I was sent a replacement very happy with service

A new waterproof liner to replace old line that lasted 6yrs.

Ordered just before Christmas and was surprised at the quick delivery. Received in time for Christmas.

The water bowl is good quality and perfect size. Used to have a metal water bowl but dogs didn’t like it and was constantly cleaning it. What a difference with this bowl and two happy dogs.

Fleece blanket is great quality and dogs have given it there seal of approval.

Brought a Chateau Orthopaedic Dog Mattress two months ago and the inside fabric is disintegrating leaving me with the loose crumb filling which is now a choking hazard to my dog making the £70 bed useless after two months!
Email customers services and never got a response!

Poor quality and poor customer service.

Great item, quality wise n fast delivery

This company is using Evri (Hermes) for deliveries and therefore my order will not reach me as the delivery service in my area was non-existent with Hermes. I have requested that my order, that is now 2 weeks overdue, is sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked. I am very disappointed and my dog is still waiting for her Christmas present - her new dog bed cover!
