After a bad experience with a nationwide online tracker installation service I looked for one locally and found Devon Tracking Systems (Phace Installations). Mark was very helpful and managed to fit in my installation before Christmas. He came to my workplace on Dartmoor and despite the freezing weather and hail showers he took the time to find a location for the tracker that suited my particular vehicle. Overall very happy - quality product and professional service. Not the cheapest, but from experience you get what you pay for!

From the first time I spoke to Mark regarding the make, model and installation of front and rear dash cams for my Mercedes C300 sport the service and advice that I received was first class. Mark came to my home punctually on the agreed date to fit the dash cams and the job was professionally completed within a couple of hours. Car seat covers were used to protect the leather seats and no signs of any cables in view, a very tidy and neat installation. Mark then setup and run through the operation of the dash cam app. Phace Installations are company with a very professional and polite attitude, not something you come across very often nowadays.
I would definitely recommend Phace Installations.

Mark was very helpful with his advice for a dash cam for my Mercedes. The fitting was very neat, good job all around. Next will be the Apple car play to be fitted in our other car.

We have used Phace Installations before and received great service, but this time it was taken to another level, 'outstanding' is the only word I can use. And if only I could convice my engineers to keep their vehicles as tidy and organised as the fitter on this occasion, I would be a very happy man. Keep it up!

Contacted Phace to have a reversing camera looked at as not working. They were very quick to respond. I took vehicle in and they diagnosed problem straight away explained cost and time. Just bought a new BMW and needed a step up from the usual plug in dashcams, I needed front and rear protection, parking mode and that requires professional installation. Mark was very helpful on the phone advising me of my options and making a recommendation. The installation was excellent, his workshop spotless and the seats protected with covers. Mark then took the time to guide me through setting up the app on my phone and connecting to the dashcam. I would certainly recommend and I will go back when I need protection for any other cars in the future.

I used Phace installations earlier this year to fit a Thinkware F800 front / rear dash cam, and was so impressed by Mark's excellent work I recently asked him to install a Smart Top roof control to my Mercedes SLC43 AMG.

The Smart Top fitting went really well, with no sign at all that any trim panels had been removed, my car looks Factory fresh. Mark even suggested a better way to route the Smart Top USB cable, leaving it discreetly hidden but still giving me easy access to update the Smart Top firmware if ever needed.

I can recommend Mark with 100% confidence in his work, and also highly recommend fitting a Smart Top to your convertible, to give far more flexible control over the raising / lower the roof and windows and other vehicle settings.
