Unfulfilled order and non responsive customer support
I’ve placed an order on 11 Nov 2021 until today 7 Dec still haven’t been fulfilled. Written numerous emails to the customer service but the answers are always standard reply without really looking into the matters and no follow up on the production.
On 22 Nov- I asked about the printing status and the replied was machinery problem.
On 25 Nov- The orders were sent to me but is incomplete. 8 pillows only sent 4 pillow cases to me. Short of 4 cases and 8 inserts. The quality is also bad in terms of not standardising the zip’s position. I’ve wrote in for replacement of the outstanding products.
On 30Nov - 3 Dec, no response from customer service, I asked for target delivery date but no answer. The online chat was not responding either.
6 Dec- Gotten reply saying that now is peak season causing delay.
It doesn’t matter peak season or not, I had placed my order on 11 nov and it’s almost a month already, Photobook didn’t rectify their mistakes to send me the outstanding order.

Printing and delivery is slow
Printing and delivery is slow. Says 7-day guaranteed shipping but on the 8th day, my order is still in a Ready To Print status. Please improve on this.

I have been using the Photobook online web in creating 7 of my Photobook. I find the tools are easy to use and very user-friendly. I can complete the photobook in a shorter time. The printed end product of the photobook is great. The promotion price is good value for your money.
