Customer Service Slow Response
I bought the Twilly Jute Tote Bag - Full Black, but I received only the Jute Tote Bag while the free twilly is missing. I tried to contact customer service via live chat, whatsapp chat and fb messenger. All were slow to respond (more than 10 hours waiting time). Hopefully I will get my free twilly soon!
*** Update on 30th July 2021***
Yes I received reply from your customer service agent but was disappointed with the suggestion of RM5 refund in store credit and then asking me if there is any more pending order from me to include the free twilly. I think the best way is to just resend me the missing item in a new parcel. Thanks.

I love photobook
I love photobook. Its enjoyable to do. But the latest version abit complicated. Especially when i want to add many frames in one page.
Photobook has given me a chance to put all my memories photos inside a book.

Photobook Plus
A beautiful product according to personal taste. I've been a member and has subscribe the Photobook Pluss for the second year. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy much of the privilege given like last year where I received unlimited postage for my purchase.
The drawback for this year Photobook Plus is, when you bought a bundle vouchers and send the finished to same address (even a small magnetic card), the cost of postage is being deducted from the amount given in the Photobook Plus package. for instant : 8 pcs of magnet x RM 8/magnet. So, the postage is RM 64.00 for a small package. It can be considered as daylight robbery.
Please, review this policy to make me stay longer as your satisfied and loyal customers

Good value, easy to use, speedy delivery but have encounter system show voucher expire b4 actual expire date. However glad that voucher has been extended after informed help desk.

Review on photobook
It's a great app, user-friendly can be done on-line or off-line. Simple book is easy using phone app. However hope you can introduce more different sizes of Simple book.
Will be most helpful if there's a auto adjust function to set the brightness and sharpness of all photos.
Photobook should look into having an option to cummulate few items purchased under one delivery to reduce delivery fees. For instance, I once purchased two different 6'x6' photobooks on the same day but had to click individually and pay RM8 each for delivery. I'm sure delivery fees would be cheaper than RM16 if both the photobooks were to be delivered at the same time in one parcel, instead of separate parcels.

Disappointed with the shipment
In the past I have 5 stars great experience on all photobooks I orders, but the recent one, frame print, which I ordered for my son's 1 year Birthday party and photo session, didn't arrive on time, although with the premium shipment mode, item indicated shipped on 23 July, but 27 July still no update. Very disappointed.

User-friendly Website for Creating Photo Products
I had a positive experience uploading photos and composing albums on this website. The basic editing functions are intuitive and suit my needs. I am satisfied with the print quality and quick delivery within a week.
I would give it another star if there is a more intuitive way to use offer codes. I had to manually copy and paste them. I suggest having drop-down menus to make it easier to select a voucher and apply it during checkout.

I like being able to arrange a selection of photos on one page. Would be great if there are more options of plain coloured background - I find the patterns too distracting and a lot of the solid colours too dark. More pastel options will be great
