Photo prints
Great place to get different type of photo product services. My latest purchase is photo print. During this time of pandemic, photobook is great place to purchase product safely online and is delivered within 2 to 3 day to our door step. Items reach in good condition and the prints are of good quality too.

I am big fan of photobook
I am fan of photobook, I with them already 8 yrs! I have monthly book making. It is important for me keep the best memory for future time.
Especially the team support is very good, whatever situation you are having. They are always listen to you and do the best solutions for satisfied customer. During these year I had Karen, Jinny, adam and especially ivory.

An avenue to relieve stress caused by Covid19. I am having fun uploading photos; pictures etc; etc creating photo books filled with wonderful and memorable moments of joy.
However there is no options to input text into photos using this apps in the mobile phone!
This will be even better if this function is available!

For simple book, adding text is not yet part of the feature in the Mobile App but you can also try our hardcover books in which it is possible to add text depending on the lay out and select your preferred theme for your project. I love Photobook
I love Photobook. It gives me a chance to create my own book, how ever I want it, and many other things, too. Easy to use but also happy to note that if ever I have a problem I can just call and there will be always be someone who is ever ready to assist me.
However, not too happy with the live ‘chat’ function though. I’ve tried using it twice and I don’t get a response immediately. So, perhaps this is one area to improve.

I have been using Photobook for a few years, a trusted photobook vendor with high quality printing at affordable prices. I especially like their canvas print and tote bag. They are excellent for self use and gift to others.

Inexplicable delays blamed on covid. Order placed 8 July. Today is 26th July, and still says “ready to be printed”. This isn’t a shipping delay caused by covid if it isn’t even printed yet!!!!

Good customer service. I received product with defects. I then quickly submit my feedback to customer service and provide photos. I then got my replacement copy. Product bought is really satisfying. Will recommend to others.

Poor customer service workers that will never truly help you to solve the problems.
I uploaded 22 images to their server via my iPad. Yet, my iPad broke and I lost all my precious images. I know that I can view the images via "My Photo". However, I just want to get back the original 22 full resolution images (4000px X 4000px ) that I uploaded to their server (or at least in a higher resolution). Therefore, I seeked help from them politely and asked if they can send me back the images.
So far, I have met five customer service workers. Two of them mentioned that they could do this but without following up. One of them even mentioned that the editor would use the full resolution photos that I originally uploaded in the final product. The others just reply me that they could not do this.
When one of the customer service workers mentioned that the editor has the full resolution version of my photos and she could send me the images back as png files, it is the matter whether they WANT to do this, NOT whether they CAN do this or not.
I feel really frustrated not only because I needed to wait for their replies for a long time each time, I also feel frustrated because I have contacted one of them with 11 emails, and the four customer service workers with so many messages via the chatbox. Yet, none of them can really help me to solve the problem.
I cannot imagine how frustrated I will feel if I really place an order via Photobook.
Update: Finally received the 22 images I wanted which was sent by the sixth customer service worker that I encountered, after posting this review.
