One photo book arrived that seemed all wrong. Then one came that was absolutely right and I’m very pleased with it.

The best quality photobook I have ever made and I have done a few! Very intuitive software to construct your book and on screen is how it came out when published!

I used their service since 2017. Great personalised photobook I ever tried. I love customised layout and other options when creating my photobooks. Upgrading the paper when printing gives a worth it result on the photobook.

I tried a number of different photo book suppliers and found that Photo Book had the easiest to use tools. I wanted to customise my book and Photo Book definitely made it a breeze. The whole process was straightforward and the printed book arrived earlier than anticipated (in a matter of days in fact). The quality is great. I do wish I’d been able to add text to the spine, that’s the only thing. It might be possible but the template isn’t set up for it from the get go. Anyway, next time I’ll experiment as my plan is to do yearly albums and the years on the spine would be a great help when browsing them on a shelf.

24 days after and 3 attempts later at trying to contacting customer services about pictures disappearing and still waiting for somebody to get back to me

Ordered a Photo-book as a Christmas present. - told it would be here by 16th December- today I was told (after enquiring ) it hadn’t even gone to printing - actually they didn’t care - such poor customer service and you can’t even speak to anyone - will never use them again

Ordered paying £20 extra for 3-5 working days express delivery only for it to now say that the delivery date is due in 7 working days. This was for a 50th birthday and now will not arrive in time now and am reading other reviews that custom charges may be in place! I tried to speak to their customer service team and the responses were absolutely awful, I was connected to a live agent who at one point took 40 minutes between replies! Extremely poor customer service and an absolute scam avoid at all costs!

I've been using Photobook Canada for years. Never dissapointed. This time discovered that you can ship worldwide. Thank you!

I have produced three photo books and three photo calendars (latter as xmas gifts). Quality of completed products was very good, user friendly tools to format photo books and timely delivery . Pleased with service and would recommend.

This was the 3rd photobook that I had done in the past few months. Again , I was pleased with the quality, and the turnaround time( less than 2 weeks) which was impressive as it came from the far east.
The app to develop the book is simple to use, and the preview helped me find any mistakes before committing to publish. I will continue to use this product whilst the quality and service remains high

It was difficult for my to beginner with, but the second book was easier for me. Thank you and it was quick to send to the address I asked for. Thanks Cheryl

A con. I used ‘Photobook UK’ for a memory book for my husbands 40th birthday - paid an extra £19.95 (almost as much as the book) for rush delivery (3-5 working days) only to receive an email today (it is meant to arrive latest tomorrow) that its now left kuala lumpar?! I then contacted the email address on the order quoted as customer service and the email address doesn’t exist! A Con company yet again using the UK in its title and doesn’t exist in the UK. My husbands birthday gift now ruined. £50 down the drain. Scumbags.

We’ve used photo book numerous of times for our own photos and gifts for family and friends. Superb I know we all have our photos on phones but so nice to have them in a book like Photobook UK real good quality

Had to pay c£78 customs/import duty on a £250 wedding photo album.

First time using photo book. Very impressed with the quality of my photo book. Colours are vivid and good quality
