They were clear with the information they needed and the audit processing time was quick.

Some of the most expensive insurance rates out there! The price they gave me was $600 more than travelers and liberty mutual. There adds are definitely deceptive!!

Nacy Sexton and his team made the process so easy as a small business owner who doesn't record her sales in the most prominent manner. He was respectful, timely and stayed in communication with me through the whole process.

I requested puc filing under the wrong PUC # and when I requested for the filing to be cancelled and re-submitted under the correct PUC # it was done in a matter of minutes. this kind of turn-around time helps me look good in front of client. I really appreciate the quick response.

The fact tht pie insurance was extremely understanding and helpful during a loss of a loved one was not only a big help it was a huge statement of morals and their character on behalf of their company something I’ll never forget especially in today’s times where companies and people are no longer understanding or care about each other Pie insurance demonstrated that caring and understanding still exists even in the business industry

I reached out to PIE to update my contractors status to employees, over a week ago, with no reply. I emailed again and they directed me to my broker, forwarding the email to them on my behalf (since I didn't know who to reach out to), but that was just the wholesaler they directed me to. I had to then be redirected to my broker. It shouldn't be this hard to find out who to reach out to when issues arise.

Charged me even though I canceled, tried to claim that because the bill was due for the coverage I was canceling that they reserved the right to charge me the full amount for unused services.

They are not reliable. We just switched and already hate them! They are unable to reset your password. Something that simple, we are on a back and forth about this stupid subject for weeks now, yes you read that right! Something simple has become a nightmare, as my co-workers who deals with insurance are unable to connect with the account. Never have I ever in my life I came across something so ridiculous as this. This company is a complete joke. They had my account set up with the wrong email, I asked them to change that, after too many back and forth (not worth my time honestly) they were finally able to change to the correct email, however, someway somehow, they messed the entire account, they locked me out, and they are unable to get my account live again, it was just a simple reset and make you change a password. I am so pissed, as we are unable to change any company's information, or bank information, or password for our own security. Their IT Team sucks and they don't know what they are doing, they keep milking the job that should have been done already. This is Insurance hard as a burnt crust pie. I don't recommend to anyone and as I read the other 1 star reviews everything starts to make sense now. I am already looking for another one because they're not worth my business.

Pie makes it simple and easy. But best of all we got a break on WC policy compared to Liberty Mutual
