I have been trying to contact the Audit Department, nobody returned my call for almost 2 weeks, and I just received an email saying there's nothing they can do to help me. They just have ignored my multiple requests to talk to somebody.

Audit results are inaccurate and they are trying to charge me for an amount that exceeds my actual payroll. They keep trying to charge my card even though I have tried repeatedly to respond or contact ANYONE. They cannot be reached by phone nor email. I’m beginning to think the worst of this company.

I provided all information in a timely manner at the time of my business closing. 9 months after the business and all accounts were closed, Pie sent me an invoice for the audit submitted 9 months prior. Stay away from this company since they apparently can't do things in a timely manner and then are no help to try to resolve this.

Impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer emails or phone calls. So if you have change or claim on your policy it will not happen. There is also no way to cancel your policy online. They will keep charging your card on file. SCARY company to be handling your Workers Comp insurance.

Customer service rep was wonderful, pleasant & knowledgeable. Emailed my information while on the phone.

Ariel is the best! She was the best Customer Service rep I have worked with. Called, helped, and finished with my call in under 10 minutes.

Horrible company. First they are disorganized. They first gave a quote that was a little high. Then they gave a second quote that was lower. I wanted to go with the lower quote and then they said it was unavailable--about 10 minutes after they gave the quote. So I went with the first quote.

Once payment was made, getting the documents of proof of insurance was so so difficult. The original person who helped was not returning emails nor calls.

I've had it for one year and definitely moving to another company. But in that year, we had one small claim--getting pieinsurance to help with the claim process took forever and it was so so so disorganized. It really felt like a scam...bait and switch. I initially went with pie insurance thinking they were cheaper. Cheaper is only good if service is good. Thumbs down down down for sure!!

I cancelled PIE about a year ago because of poor service, refusal to pay claims, etc. I year later I got a bill for another $17,500 as the result of an audit a year before. They never showed me the results of the audit and never provided any explanation or forewarning, they just charged my credit card.I believe it was punishment for me cancelling their policy. Do not deal with these guys.

I cancel my insurance with Pie Insurance because... the bad service and I mean a really bad service.
No customer service at all, they never answer the phone calls, the only contact with them is by email they will get back to you in 4-6 day.

If are not near to a office please do not make any business with them.
Basically I was on time with my payments.
Since March 2023 they are request the same information from my company and I keep sending them, at leaset 6 times,I am back and forward with different people since March, they just sending a bill for $1729 Oct, on February I received a$3409 charge and today a $596.
I don't know how a small company with 2 employees with all the payments on time can be charged with a huge changes.

No hagan negocio con esta compañía, nunca van a contestar sus preguntas simplemente no contestam el telefono, no importa cuantos mensajes dejes el unico contacto es por correo electrónico y se toman días en contestar.
solo les haran cobros exorbitantes sin razón alguna estoy hablando de que en menos de 2 meses me cobran $1729 en enero $3,409 y 2 semanas después $596 es de locura.
E tratado de hablar con alguien para que responda mis preguntas, sin éxito no quiero imaginar para si tuviera una emergencia con algún empleado seria fatal.
No los recomiendo, mi peor pesadilla.

Jazz was very professional and kind to me. She understood my situation and helped to calm my nerves during our phone conversation. She was also able to confirm that the underwriting dept. had all the information needed to update my renewal.
