The Worker's Comp system and its rules are I believe needlessly complicated, expensive, and annoying, at least in California. Specifically, the end-of-year audit took a lot of time and effort to deal with. However, this was primarily the fault of the "system", with its very complicated rules, combined with our own lack of experience. I don't blame PIE or our auditor, who was patient and helpful. One thing I will criticise PIE for is the delay between the end of the year and the audit.

I have talked on the phone with multiple employees that were very helpful and extremely pleasant.

The help, ease and understanding of the auditor (Nacy Sexton) and the auditing process in general. We do not use online software programs, but she helped navigate through to obtain the information needed.
