What can I say except that they failed to meet any expectations… delivery booked and paid for to be delivered .. one email with receipt nothing else .. tried to call several times no answer , no email contact , had to contact through Instagram who said it was down to extreme heat and delivery problems .. total and absolute rubbish like so many companies in the UK now they over promise and don’t deliver please provide me with my money back .. thanks

My second order following a great one before. Sadly this time I'm hugely disappointed. On 23rd May, I ordered 2 Classic Vegan Teas for delivery today. Unfortunately only 1 has been delivered, despite checking with the delivery driver if he had another one in the van for me. The one that arrived was delivered from a hot van, and the dry ice was completely dry and the food was completely unchilled. The 2 boxes together, were intended for a gift, which is now rendered useless as the order is incomplete. I am also concerned about the safety of the food which was delivered as I have no idea of knowing how long it has been unchilled for. I went online to leave a message as there is a timeframe in which to do this, however the "submit" button does not work, and therefore the email cannot be sent. I'm away on Monday so now what? Piglets, please advise

Ordered a savoury afternoon tea for one for my day for fathers day. The box that contained the food was open within the sealed delivery box and the sticker seal was ripped.
Everything was out of place. We struggled to work out in the pinwheel has been nibbled at or if it was just damaged as we couldn't see any broken pastry. The red leicesrer sausage roll, didn't have any or much cheese as you couldn't taste it.

The dry ice was completely gone and food was only slightly chilled upon delivery.

Unfortunately, this is the first and only time I would order from here

We had the savory box bought for us by our daughter for Father’s Day and I have to say, it was extremely disappointing the quich was very mushy and wet and the pastry was so soggy,
I’m not sure what was in the oblong boxes but it was like eating sand and tasteless, over all I felt sorry for my Daughter as we feel she totally wasted her money, they need to rethink their savory option

Ordered a Father’s Day savoury afternoon tea. No confirmation email of the order was received so I had to chase them to confirm the order had gone through. I have just been sent a photo of what arrived and was disappointed to see the ‘luxury tomato ketchup’ shown on all their marketing was a sachet of Heinz’s tomato ketchup.

Oh my goodness this was such a perfect gift for Father’s Day, he was beyond impressed and so was I! Beautiful packaging, beautiful arrangements, smelt absolutely incredible and he is so excited to it he’s so chuffed!

Delicious afternoon tea for 4! We enjoyed the mix of savoury and sweet dishes. The sausage rolls were huge and full of flavour. The quiches had a light and delicate flavour. The best cake was the carrot cake. We fully enjoyed the food it made our day special. Excellent quality! Will definitely order again and recommend!

Fabulous afternoon tea! We ordered for 5 people and every item was delicious, delivered exactly as expected and great to have instructions on heating the savory items and scones. They had thought of everything.

After a bit of technical trouble with the payment on the website, I was fortunate enough to be connected to Leanne who kindly placed two orders over the phone. She was professional, personable and caring - offering suggestions to best fit the recipient’s preferences.

I’ve ordered several afternoon teas from PP, and am always pleased with the delivery, how the items are presented and more importantly, how they taste. Great service, thank you.

Got an afternoon tea box via a buy a gift voucher. Could not use the voucher via the website so I emailed and was responded to within a couple of days and arranged delivery for my chosen day (extra cost for saturday delivery as weekdays did not suit which i phoned up and paid over the phone as advised)
Customer service was helpful and the box arrived on the day requested. The sausage rolls, mini quiches, scotch eggs, cakes and scones are delicious and made a lovely treat. Thank you very much, will definitely consider getting this again as a treat or as a gift for others

This was a gift from a friend. The afternoon tea was for four, there was so much food we were able to stretch it out over two days, which was nice. The quality of food was outstanding! Having a mix of savoury and sweet treats was really enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend it, and will buy one as gifts for friends.

Recieved a Savoury Afternoon Tea at Home voucher through BuyaGift. For whatever reason it doesn’t work on there website so they ask you to email them, I emailed 4 times over the span of 2 months and am still waiting on the email to even be acknowledged. Real shame as sounded great but seems to be let down by poor customer experience!

This my second Piglets Pantry afternoon tea, a Birthday gift from my friend. Last year I enjoyed every morsel,this year, not so much. The box arrived in the afternoon as I was told it would. On opening I found the inner box had not been sealed properly and on of the jams was loose and had damaged on of the cakes, squashing it slightly and losing most of the icing. The carrot cake tasted more like ginger cake and the Victoria Loaf cake had lost its jam & icing due to the little jam rolling around. The two Lemon Drizzle cakes were carrot cakes with white frosting & lavender flowers on top. Very disappointed with all of them BUT the mini quiche were delicious, the scones wonderful with the jam & cream. Scotch eggs were tasty as were the sausage rolls. My friend and I really enjoyed the scones and quiche but we were disappointed with the cakes especially since last years were fantastic.
Delivery was on right day just didn’t enjoy it as much Sorry. Last year you got 5 stars only 3 this year. Might go out next year for our afternoon tea!

I received an Afternoon Tea gift voucher for Christmas and have only just got round to ordering it. We thoroughly enjoyed our Afternoon Tea from Piglet’s Pantry. All the food was delicious but we particularly loved the carrot cake, so much so that I looked on their website to see if I could order some more. Unfortunately it wasn’t on their website so I dropped them a quick email explaining how much we loved it and they added it to the website and I order straightaway! Fabulous service!

I had a surprise delivery just now from my Nephew Steve a Police officer up there in Newcastle don’t see him much as I live in Lancs and often sends me these lovely little surprise packages which at 82 makes my day honestly they’re so very tasty I recommend them to anyone just trying them they're scrumptious 😋 best wishes from B in Ormskirk 🤩👋

I am so disappointed with my Savoury Afternoon Tea for 2 which arrived today. the savoury sausage rolls and scotch eggs were gristly, stodgy and bland. The sweet items were excruciatingly sweet and sickly. Not a memorable 80th birthday treat.

Second time ordering still not arrived , terrible service do not order from them.
Cannot get a refund as this was a voucher!!!!

Bought an afternoon tea hamper for two for my daughter, she absolutely loved it! Delivery was by DPD which was great, have used this company many times before over the years & their hampers & cakes have always arrived on time & are delicious. Would recommend

Had a vegetarian afternoon tea for 2.
It was very well packaged.
The food was very tasty and good sized portions.
Needed to contact them by email and they were very helpful

I have ordered several times from Piglets Pantry for myself & as gifts for friends & family & every time the products have been of excellent quality, extremely well packaged & presented . Unfortunately the delivery company they used let them down this last time , but after contacting them I was sent a replacement hamper straight away which came as promised & was totally delicious. I highly recommend Piglets pantry & will definitely be using them again.
