On my first time of using this company I must admit I wasn't to pleased. I had ordered next day delivery but having done my order earlier in the day, I expected hear something via E-mail about dispatch or some sort of tracking code. I tried contacting the company but go no response. I still didn't get a response to this day to the E-mail or online comments I sent and the phone just kept on ringing with no one answering. The order shows "complete" but on the face of it, it has quite a broad meaning and so wanted to know what it meant. I wanted a tracking number. My order would turn up, but on the Thursday having ordered it on the Tuesday morning. The same thing applied on my second order. The order status showed "complete" but no idea if it had been dispatched but appeared 2 days later however it should be Bourne in mind with the second order, Good Friday was in the way so it appeared on the Saturday, so by rights did come next day. So all in all, I would give this company 5 but here is the GOOD POINTS. The items are as described, the prices are good and I would use this company again and would recommend this company to others. All I would say is to please work on communications. I.E. When the item is dispatched, show it dispatched and give it a tracking number.

This website is genuine and reliable. Products are quality and arrive on time. They are very very expensive.

A truly genuine amd trustworthy company. Very quick delivery and communication at every step of the process.
Compared to the disastrous process of trying to see my local gp, this is easy and worth the money.

#34196. I have been asked to leave a review. I haven't received my order yet. My order was completed on Tuesday. This morning I have left a message on live chat but no response yet. So I'm confused 😕. Please can someone sort it out for me???.After leaving this review I had a chat with a lovely lady from customer service, she apologised for the confusion with my order and i was sent a tracking number. Apparently my order is still in Romford but its just been delivered as she assured me it would. So thank you. I will definitely order again.

I had a little bumpy start with this company but I was able to speak to customer service who reassured me they would find out where my parcel was. Less than an hour later I was told it would be delivered that day. Good products and kind customer service. Would use again.

I've been on the phone to PillDoctor for 1 hour and 23 minutes. At the start of the call I was third in the queue. I started the call at 1635, and it's now 1759 and still no answer. I've been "number one" in the queue for around 30 minutes. My "next day delivery" order has not arrived, hence my call.

I was a bit weary about ordering medication online but they were excellent and very professional and put my mind at ease. I’ll definitely be using them in the future

It may be because I was using an iPad, but I tried numerous times to place an order. I filled in the questionnaire, with in depth information, which was time consuming in itself. I then had a problem answering one of the questions. I wanted to answer no, but when I pressed the ‘no’ button, I was told to contact my GP immediately. Hmmmmm, so being healthy apart from the current condition that I require the medication for, alerts me to contact my GP immediately! I think not. With my GP surgery, I’d be a goner before I even got past the surgery’s reception staff!

I tried the message option to find out why I had to do the above. Nothing...no response, nothing!

Then when I tried to proceed, I just couldn’t. I was told that I needed to to tick the questions that I’d already answered!

It could be because I was using my iPad, I don’t know but I just wasted over an hour trying to place my order.

I STILL couldn’t proceed, so I didn’t place my order......maybe that was fate intervening, warning me that this website was nothing but a waste of time and money!

Very disappointing!

I thought this was a trustworthy website.....may be I was wrong!

At least I didn’t part with any money, thankfully!

I made a mistake entering the wrong postcode as I had just moved, I contacted pill doctor but my parcel had already been dispensed and was on its way I was told to contact the royal mail office as they had the parcel I quickly got the problem solved and my parcel will be here tomorrow, the staff were polite and helpful and I was amazed I'd get my parcel this week because of my mistake I thought it would be a week or so before I got it. Five stars from me

What can I say. Very easy to order. No worries or fuss. Got my order 2 days later for the post man. The quality is the same as what you'd get of your doctor from a proper manufacturer. Nuthink rong at all. You pay for the best. I will be using PillDoctor agen thanks
