This pillows are so expensive and are not worth it at all. You sink write through them and they are to thin if anything get the 6 inch one.

Down and Feather toss pillow? It's mostly feathers and they are sharp and they stick through the sewn-on cover. I find it unusable. The whole pillow makes crinkle sounds when you handle it, like a heavy plastic bag. Wish I could return it, the quality of the stuffing is very poor and even dangerous. The sharp needles could hurt someone. This is junk and false advertising. I contacted the seller 3 times by email and they have not responded. They charged $60 for this fake down pillow and are calling it "custom made". No, it is a standard size and and required no customization.

I have only had my pillowcube a few weeks, I had my doubts, but my neck stiffness is gone. I only purchased the small version, and I do wake up sometimes and my head is completely off the pillow, but I don’t think it’s for very long. So I will eventually purchase the larger size. My neck is usually stiff throughout the day, but no more! Thanks Pillowcube people, it’s kind of genius.

I got the small square pillow (I forget what it was called at the time but it looks like now it might be called the Sidekick) but it's way too thick. I wish they had offered a thinner version. I would have returned it but the "guarantee" is not really a guarantee and I would have had to pay a bunch of money for restocking and all that. I saved it hoping that I could at least gift it but nobody likes it. (I have procrastinated writing this review because I didn't think it would be worth my time but I was just clearing out my email inbox and found this old reminder. I bought the pillow in September of 2021).

The pillow is OK but I realized I don't sleep on my side as much as I thought, so I want to return it. However, in order to do a "return" or get a refund, you have to either prove (with a receipt) that you donated the pillow, or you have to send them proof that you DESTROYED the pillow! Guess what? I have yet to find a charity in my area that will accept a pillow as a donation, so it seems like Pillow Cube is telling me to destroy it as my only option. Again, the product seems OK, but this return policy is absolutely wild.

Great for side sleeping!… But sadly not much else… Personally I am a side sleeper so I was happy with the pillow cube I got when I went to sleep that night. Unfortunately the problem with the pillow struck me that morning. The pillow isn’t very convenient for doing just WHATEVER you want with it. I decided to roll over onto my back and lay my neck down on the pillow so I could look up at my phone. However, due to the verticality of the pillow there is a large gap kept between your upper back and the bed which would usually be filled by your shoulder. This makes the pillow (in my opinion) EXTREMELY uncomfortable to lay down on in any other position. I think maybe having a contour built into the pillow for your head would be a good solution. In the end though the pillow cube is extremely good in doing what it is advertised for. It gave me some of the best side sleep Ive ever had. Most of the time Ill sleep on my side and then wake up the next morning in a completely different (usually unhealthy, like sleeping on my stomach) position. This pillow had me sleep a whole night comfortably and waking up in the same position, on my side. It is a real shame it can’t be used in other positions.

I bought a Pillow Cube (Side Sleeper) Pro and loved it so much I bought one for my wife, only to find out that the pillow was significantly shorter, less firm, and overall just a completely inferior-grade and inferior-quality pillow. When I reached out to support, I felt mocked by the response, which was something to the effect of "we made these changes based on customer feedback." I highly doubt that customers asked Pillow Cube to take their unique high-quality product and make it just like the $10-20 pillows we can buy almost anywhere. I guess I'll be one of the fortunate few who has the REAL pillow cube. They put out something great for reviews, and then cheapened their product to save (what I imagine to be) 50% or more on costs. Typical bait and switch to maximize profits. But a short-sighted business move.

PS - They won't let me publish this review on their site. Interesting how they're a "4.9" there but a full point behind everywhere else on the internet, from Amazon to Trust Pilot and Google.

This pillow is ok, not good for my head and neck. I'm 5'2" and it hurt my small frame. I have used it for my legs when sleeping on my side, but any pillow would work for that.

What sold me on the cube was the guarantee. However, when I received my cubes and accessories I discovered I needed to swap the sizes- based on production error also mind you- the cold version is harder so I needed smaller and the regular version is softer so I needed larger). I was told there would be exchange fees and shipping fees. I never bothered trying to get them back in the box after that. What a waste. Will share publicly.

If you order a pillowcase to go with the pillow, your shipping cost doubles. This expensive shipping takes at least two weeks. Customer service admitted to me that the pillows they send out may be too soft or too hard to be ideal. Perhaps because of this lack of adequate quality control, my pillow provides zero support. As soon as you rest any weight on it, it completely flattens and collapses. They refuse to provide a total refund. In order to receive a PARTIAL refund, you either have to submit proof that you destroyed the pillow or proof that you have donated it. It would be one thing if I simply did not like the pillow, but these are terrible business practices for a defective pillow. If you want to try it out, DONT BUY IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Buy from Amazon instead so you'll get it in a timely fashion and actually be able to return it and get your money back.

I submitted a similar review to their website and it hasn't appeared. I notice that they only have 4 and 5 star reviews listed on their website, so it seems like they manipulate those.

Update: I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and go back and forth with them several times, but they finally gave me a full refund. It's worth noting that they felt it appropriate to insult me in their last message, saying that I was probably a man that was too big for the pillow and that's why I was having issues. The pillow is rated for everyone 6'3" and below. I am a petite 5'0" woman. I am not the problem. Just rude and unnecessary tbh, but at least I got my money back.

It took a week to get here which I wasn't happy about and wish I would have just got it off Amazon. That said they have a generous exchange and return policy so it's appreciated in case this doesn't work out.

As for the pillow itself, specifically the ice cube, there really is no point in getting the cube itself. IF you buy this buy the full size. The marketing and description in the design makes sense but the same time who doesn't want a full size pillow? That's my first impression and I also disagree with their description about a 6-in pillow they don't even account for the mattress you use. 6 inch is to high and yet the description said that's the right size for me.

Needs to be thicker. I gave the item away and they hated it.

Both of our pillow cubes broke down within 2-3 months after getting them. It’s sad, because the concept is great but the quality is lacking. We had a replacement sent and the same result. I honestly wish I opted for the money back minus the restocking fee :(

I have not slept this well in years! Side sleeping beats up pillows but this one stands the test. I have struggled for years to find the right pillow combination and I need not search anymore. Pillow cube solved my side sleep problem. Supper comfy and I even get good rest when I lay on my back with it. Well worth the purchase!

I absolutely love my pillow cubes!! The best purchase of 2021! There isn't much more that I can say, it does exactly what it is designed to do. Give you a terrific night sleep and I no longer worry about neck pains.

I bought it for my daughter and she loves it! I plan on buying one for myself.

I ordered 2 pillows and 2 cases with express shipping for $330.94. Pillow Cube, by default, adds $5 shipping insurance. I've never had a company add that. I got a notification that my order was delivered so I promptly went outside to look for it. The package was no where to be found so I checked my cameras and no one was on my property. I contacted FedEx and PillowCube to locate my package. PillowCube claimed "packages get marked delivered and show up a few days later" and even though I gave them my FedEx claim number they said "Wait a few days and we'll start a claim with FedEx." First of all saying packages get marked as delivered when not delivered is a red flag. Then the email response to me as if they didn't read anything I said. FedEx says they can't see the driver at my location but can see he was in my neighborhood. My cameras prove nothing was delivered. PillowCube has been less than helpful. I requested a full refund and they refuse to refund me shipping even though I have nothing from them and purchased "shipping insurance". They want to keep my $30 for literally nothing, why would I do that? They have never reached out to FedEx like they claimed they would. I've had to do all the leg work here and they still refuse to refund $30. The more and more I deal with this company the more they are turning out to be a scam.

Doesn't take long to break in. Comfortable & soft. Neck, shoulders, & traps are feeling so much better. Only issue is my body hasn't fully acclimated to full side sleeping. Still, even with that, I sleep a lot better than with other pillows of the same materials. Have owned it for just over 3 months. Great sizing guide on the site too.

today is the 18th ten days since i placed the order for the $169 pillow
they sent it DHL GROUND (way to cheep out pillowcube) who uses DHL (and GROUND!!!)
my neck is killing me ; i cant sleep ; i could have had it 2 day on amazon !! so pissed off
