Used to have neck problems that become migraines almost every morning. But since switching to pillow cube the neck pain in the morning has stopped. It even alleviates pain after a day spent hunched over my lap top. The cooling factor really seems to work. Only issue was it took about a week to get used to it but now I can’t sleep without it.

They shipped fast. They are exactly how they are described. We have both slept very soundly since using them. We are fans and will recommend

Was having a lot of neck pain on poorly stuffed pillows and could never get comfortable. 100% side sleeper and this product really intrigued me. I got the large Ice Pillow, and was skeptical about the cost, but I am glad I made the investment! It's easy to buy the things we want, but to invest money into ourselves and our health is always a struggle. If you're like me and in that position, take the leap of faith and purchase this product! I noticed a difference the first night of sleep and it's been wonderful for my neck/upper back support. Wonderful product, would highly recommend!

Great product great pillow had a little complications with my shipping but they were quick to fix that so they are great company very communicative when it comes to misplaced orders or any questions of issues and the pillow is super comfy and it helped out with a lot of my neck pain five stars

My wife and I have had our new pillows for over a week. Believe me, over the years we've tried them all. We think these designs and construction are a definite winner. It really does keep your neck supported and aligned. My wife pretty much stays in one position on her side, so it really works well for her. I roll around all night, and tended to sleep on my stomach most of the time, which really promoted a kinked neck. I'm retraining myself to sleep on either side, and a little on my back. My neck feels wonderful and I highly recommend this pillow. We feel like it's a winner!

My first pillow cube got lost or stolen after delivery. I contacted them and they were very helpful with verifying my info and sending a second shipment. I received this quickly and… love it. I really does help me sleep. No more back aches for me. Thank you!

Ordered the wrong sized pillow cube, so I hoped to exchange it for a thinner one. Apparently they don't take used pillows back anymore and want me to either destroy or donate the pillow. No way am I going to destroy a $100 pillow that was only used for 7 days, so I tried looking for a place to donate it. To my suprise, I couldn't find a single place that accepts used pillows.
So now I'm going to have to destroy this practically new pillow since it can't be reused by anyone else and it can't be recycled. C'mon guys, there's gotta be a better way to handle returns and exchanges :(

Pillow Cube is great, their pillows are great quality and very comfy. They also sent me a pillow cover in the wrong color, but they replied quickly to my email and send the correct one as soon as they got it in stock again.
I purchased the pillows for my boyfriend who loves them. They are stictly a side sleeping pillow. I sleep in all positions and its a little uncomfortable while on your back. For an improvement, I wish the pillow covers were a little better quality. Maybe fabric that isn't so flimsy; cotton would work great I think.

This pillow has totally changed my side-sleeping partner's comfort in bed. I rarely sleep on my side, but I definitely find myself reaching for this pillow when I'm eating pretzels and watching netflix on my computer in bed! And, all of Pillow Cube's customer service reps were incredibly helpful - they made switching pillow sizes easy. I originally got the 12x24 Pro size, but it kept knocking things off the bedside table... we downsized to a 12x12, and that's been great. Also, despite both being fairly broad-shouldered, my partner prefers the 5" size to the 6", and I would want a 4" for myself - so, unless you are a REALLY REALLY BIG HUMAN, I recommend not getting the 6"! One down side, the exchange portal for customers to do exchanges themselves does not include all the options, and it's very confusing what you're opting into. I recommend connecting directly to an agent until Pillow Cube has worked out those kinks.

Sorry to give the Pillow Cube such a low review, but I am a little bit of a thick girl and I have a hard mattress. When I lay on my side, the pillow is about an inch too short and my neck still kinked at an odd angle. I was so hopeful for this product, because I have yet to find a pillow that will help my neck.

Your website is not easy I ordered the wrong pillowcases and the wrong pillow so if these don’t work I won’t be happy.

From the moment I ordered my pillow cube, until now, the experience has been amazing. Even when I messed up and needed to change the shipping address, the staff was helpful and took care of my needs. I will forever be a loyal customer.

Two weeks in and this pillow has vastly helped my shoulder and neck pain. Mind you, it’s not a magic pill, but it is the best pillow I have tried to date, and there has been a lot. I went with the pro because I am a self proclaimed “hot dog on a roller grill” when I sleep. The coverage is wonderful and the pillow has yet to show any signs of depression. Stays cooler than any other pillow I have ever tried as well, and I sleep hot. Like furnace hot. Time will tell, but thus far Pillow Cube has gained a new loyal customer from the first two weeks.
