Pillow Cube started to solve a problem all side-sleepers face; getting the best head and neck support, while still being able to lay on your side.
We found that even with traditional pillows, there is still a huge gap between the head and shoulder, which causes the neck to bend at an uncomfortable angle. This leaves both the neck and spine misaligned, leading to poor sleep and chronic discomfort.
The solution seemed almost too simple, but by creating a pillow with a 90-degree angle out of dense viscoelastic memory foam, we found that the gap is almost completely eliminated and the neck and head get all the support they need. We were thrilled with the results, but unlike the rest of us, the pursuit of perfection never sleeps.
To make a pillow that was truly for everybody, we decided to start making our Classic Pillow Cube in three different thicknesses. We now offer:
- The 5” Pillow Cube for folks in the middle of the bell-shaped curve
- The 6” Pillow Cube for broad shoulders, heavy heads and hard mattresses
But did we stop there? Au contraire.
For people that switch sides while they sleep (A.K.A. get their roll on) we broke with tradition and widened our classic Pillow Cube to create the Pillow Cube Pro. We even added an extra size–the 4” but still offer the same thickness options as with our classic. With the Pro, we give you 24” of horizontal real estate to let your noggin roam wherever your dreams may take it.
With all that out of the way, the only thing left to do was decorate. We only source the softest, coolest materials for our pillowcases and we adorn them with a wide variety of interesting prints and patterns to match your unique style.

That is super frustrating– I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order.
I took a look at your tracking details and it looks like it has been delivered. If you haven't had a chance to check your mailbox or mailroom, your pillow may be waiting there for you!
We have received a lot of feedback from customers that packages are being marked as "delivered" 1-3 days before they arrive. If your package still hasn't arrived in the next couple of days, please let us know. We will then be able to file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement package sent to you.

Cool Pillow
The pillow itself maintains an awesome temperature. Unfortunately my neck continues to be a pain in the...well, neck. Somewhat comfy but the search for the perfect pillow continues.

Ice Cube
I found that the regular pillow cube got hot, which happens to me with a lot of pillows. I contacted them and was told the ICE Cube would be better for me.
They gave me full credit and charged me the difference. They quickly took care of the situation. I really like the ICE Cube.

Watch your ears
I do like the Pillow Cube. BUT it totally closes my ear that is on the pillow and that tends to hurt. It does help my shoulders. If I can figure out a way that it would not close my ears I’d love this pillow.

Very happy with the Pillow cube
Very happy with the Pillow cube. Feels instantly soft, cool, and comfortable. No neck pain the next day. Or any day after. Seriously been trying to get rid of this ache in my neck and shoulders for a long time. Some people complain about the shipping time because we are spoiled with next day arrivals. I ordered just after Christmas and it arrived about 10 days later as they told me it would. Was I anxious to try it in those 10 days? Yes. Worth the wait? Yes. Be patient and don't give a product a bad or lower review over your lack of patience. I called their friendly customer service and they assured me it was on the way, and arrived when they said. They even showed some care with their packaging which I usually don't care about how it's packaged if the product works, but, it was still pleasant to see the thought put into it.

Color I ordered ended up being unavailable. When I inquired about my order i received an email offering a refund or different color. Very quick response and willing to make sure I am happy! My order is on its way. I appreciate the great customer service!

Husband loves it
My husband is a side sleeper with a longer neck and has always had a hard time falling and then staying asleep. He has found that this pillow has really helped all that! While he still calls himself a light sleeper, he doesn't have trouble falling back asleep. He felt the difference from the first night. He can't stop talking about how this pillow has changed sleep for him.

Very comfortable pillow that changed my sleep for the better. Definitely noticed a difference in my back/neck problems i have that come with sleeping. Love my pillow cube!!!
