HAMPTON COURT PIZZA EXPRESS depressingly rude arrogant and lazy cold food. The place was empty on boxing day at around 5 pm the waitress was rude and arrogant - she explained she was a vegetarian and could not advise us on meat dishes! I too am a vegetarian. !!!
When the food arrived after some time the dishes were cold. as was the coffee.
The gardinier pizza was not as described and as we had been to the restaurant several times previously and order the pizza we knew what to expect. there was no rocket on the pizza! very disappointed.
we asked for some oils and cheese; reluctantly the waitress went to fetch these; it was as if we were asking for anchovies.... which they did not have any.... yet it was a side option on the menu in an Italian restaurant.
We waited ten minutes to pay the bill... no one came so we went to the cash register. the chef came to us asked what we were doing.... said we were looking ot pay the bill.... he abruptly told us to sit down!!! said no we just want to pay the bill.
Reluctantly, he gave us the bill we paid in cash. He asked us if we wanted the change! seriously.
could not get out of there quick enough and we will never return to eat there again. and for that matter any pizza express not just Hampton court or. even Woking for that matter. We had tried to phone ahead to book the phone rang out all day. when mentioned we were told they could not hear the phone if it rings it broken.!!! they can take bookings. Dreadful that national pizza house cannot answer the phone. fact it seems they were pleased that they didnt have to answer the phone,

I purchased 3 Gift Cards £10 each so we could go out for a future pizza for my wife as she was in hospital for her birthday. The cards got forgotten about and mislaid. However a few years latter I found them again and we went out for that pizza. Pizza Express would not accept them so I emailed their customer services to see what could be done. Basically they have refused to honour the cards therefore I would suggest it is a bad idea to purchase gift cards to use at Pizza Express

Pizza Hut is situated with beautiful views out over St Brelade's beach. The service was fast, my pizza had a lovely crisp and thin base, and the price was reasonable. Lucy served me and found me a lovely table next to the window. I highly recommend for an uncomplicated relaxed meal!

Dawn and her colleague were very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
Food was good and service was excellent.

Visited the Gloucester Rd Pizza Express store tonight and experienced appalling customer service. They were not busy and had plenty of serving staff did not acknowledge us and ignored us for 10m as they served the delivery drivers behind us. When they did eventually seat us they put us next to an open bin which smelled like sewage. At this point we left the store. This is such a shame as we typically have had positive experiences at Pizza Express.

worst pizza place, used to love this place. pizza got much smaller with way less toppings. can't justify 17.25 for 5 olives on bread essentially with barely any cheese, toppings or even the bread to be honest. there is no way that costs more than a pound to make. honestly my local cheapie pizza place does 2 large pizzas and garlic bread for 20 pounds and its SO MUCH better the difference it outrageous. the pasta was unseasoned and honestly undercooked mushroom and onions. chicken was obviously precooked and cold. waste of 60 quid what an utter disgrace. never eating at one of your restaurants again, so disappointing i used to love your pizzas when I was younger.

We had a lovely meal before our theatre show at Pizza Express at St Paul's, made all the better by the excellent server, Luka, a great guy and asset to the restaurant.

I used to love Pizza Express, but a visit to the new restaurant in Winchester today can only be described as disappointing. The starter was cold and the main course..... It was hard to know which pizza I was eating as there was so little of anything on it! Given the price there really was no justification for it.

The staff were friendly enough and the initial service was fine.
As the evening progressed it was difficult to attract service for drinks. We finally got a desert menu but it was too late.
Also and I should have said while I was there, my pizza had hardly any cheese.
Though others on our table had a good amount. Two of us had a miserly serving of cheese. It was my grandson's birthday so it was nice to all be together. However it isn't somewhere I would recommend for service or pizza. This was Cribbs Causeway Bristol.

Arundel Pizza express visit 6.12.25 .
We had booked a table for 6.45pm two weeks in advance..& when we arrived NO table had been reserved and we were told they were full ..pwe were eventually offered a tiny table with ONE chair by it & of course refused the service was appalling & rude we will never return please avoid this one !!!
Ps .. other pizza express restaurants we have visited were excellent 👌

Friendly service from Vinny, prompt arrival of our food and a quiet corner to eat in. Just the job.

Our server today was Megan and she was excellent and amazingly patient with our group of 15 to celebrate a friends birthday. She is lovely and made out experience even more special!

The Pizza Express experience is always 100%. The menu is dependable and proven, consistent every visit, staff are patient and fun. The American extra hot is BACK ! (Great !) And the option to have a larger pizza is also welcome. All in a great experience , many thanks. Look forward to my next visit. Can't wait . Only tiny comment - the Aperol Spritz for £8 was very small, I mean like 125ML small. Just fill it up with Soda water if necessary but the glass was too small to last a meal

I went to this restaurant in Inverness with my wife and we had hoped to order two pizzas and use the 25% off offer but was advised that I could only use the offer on one pizza and that my wife would also have to download the app to use the offer for her pizza. My wife downloaded the app and I ordered a pizza (to use the 25% off voucher) and my wife ordered the 2 course seasonal menu (to use the £24 offer). We both logged on and selected our table but my wife could not select her offer. The staff were very good and tried to help and discounted the pizza and chicken strips but still charged us for the drink which should have been included in the £24 deal.

At the end of the meal we have had a thoroughly miserable lunch spending more time downloading Apps and speaking to the staff than enjoying our lunch, and to cap it all despite all of this we have still been over charged.

The rewards/offer system is far to complicated and completely nuts if it expects everyone at the table to log to use an offer, rather than just one person - can you imagine if you were taking someone out for a date and they asked their date to download an app half way through the meal.

Please can you simplify the reward/offer system and make sure all staff are aware of the offers

What a scam, they charge you 12.5 % service.. nowhere to be found on the menu, and the service aint that good... went there with a group of 3, some drinks and a pizza and it set me back 127£...

it seems to me they have so priced themselves out of the market. £19 for a pizza and £27 for the house wine!! It is only a pizza and the toppings are not generous. Esher closes at 9.30 so you can't even spend the evening there. We used to enjoy going to Pizza Express but won't be going again. it simply is not even remotely value for money.

Ok, so Pizza Express is celebrating 60 years of serving the best pizza's you ever could eat. I've been eating Pizza Express pizza for 42 years, in many cases on a weekly basis, it's true. Admittedly I wrote a piece here some months ago about not being able to get freshly chopped garlic added to my pizza. WELL! Thankfully all that has changed. I've been eating in at Pizza Express Norwich and South Mimms just left south Mimms in fact and as usual I ask for extra garlic either on my pizza or on the side, either way I got it. Yippee! For all you garlic and pizza lovers out there, get yourselves to Pizza Express and enjoy a warm and friendly greetings, fantastic waiting service and of course super dooper pizza. Happy Birthday Pizza Express we Love you. ❤️

We had a lovely lunch in Pizza Express Blackheath served by Iwona who was so friendly and helpful and made it a lovely time.

The food was amazing. The service was extremely good. Peter and Phillipe were amazing and very kind. I recommend if you want fantastic food and make beautiful memories.
