The staff were very kind; Gaby was very attentive! The manager, Andy was super helpful as well. We had calamari to start, which was great.

The table had a fly on the table and in a cup. The man started flirting with the people next to us and no whipped cream in the birthday Sunday food was good beside the chips

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which took an unexpected turn but ultimately highlighted your commitment to customer service.

During our visit, we encountered an issue with our bill, as we were overcharged for our meal. When we brought this to the attention of one of your staff members, we were informed that the dish we ordered was no longer available and that we would be charged for a different option, which was priced higher. We expressed our concern regarding this policy, as we felt it was not fair to adjust the price without prior notice. Unfortunately, the initial staff member was unable to assist us further, and we decided to leave the restaurant feeling disappointed.

However, I want to commend your manager for their exceptional customer service. After we left, the manager came running after us to address the situation. They sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding and acknowledged that what had happened was unacceptable. To our surprise, they not only refunded our money but also offered us an additional amount as a gesture of goodwill.

This level of dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed us and turned our experience around. It’s clear that you value your customers and strive to make things right when issues arise. Thank you for handling the situation so professionally. We will definitely consider returning in the future, knowing that our satisfaction is a priority for your team.

Friendly staff , very attentive , tasty food and not feel rushed or pressured . The service is always good even though they are run off their feet . Special thanks to Anna Maria love her professional manner yet happy to have a laugh with us too so thank you . I forget the other lady that works there so apologies very attentive and friendly .

My partner and I visited Pizza Express Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth on August 8th and were looked after by Steph. We were there to catch up with a friend of mine, who embarrassed me by failing to acknowledge her service throughout our stay by being stingy when it came to leaving a tip. Thankfully, my other half made me aware of this shameful behaviour once we were outside, and things were rectified. Just wanted to let her know we thought she was awesome...

Massive disappointment in Bury Pizza express.waiting Staff were outstanding, food was stinking. Burnt pizza with thin sparse toppings that arrived cold, due to over demand and under staffed completed meal was 2.5 hours in total. Had to ask for attention and when coming to pay the 3 apps we needed to work failed , thankfully staff over-rode the request and sorted at the till even though initially saying no! It’ll be a long time before I’ll be back in our once loved pizza express. Totally overpriced and gone to the dogs

I went with my to Pizza Express in Liverpool, Albert Dock for something to eat, we were greeted by friendly staff and seated and our order was taken promptly.

It was then I started to notice at the table that the cutlery was dirty annd looked like it had not been washed and there were visible signs that it had been busy with bits of food and litter on parts of the floor. I saw one member of staff wipe a table with a cloth without any cleaner and another table close by beside the main door that had dirty plates, cutlery and glasses left on display while food was being served round about. I spoke to the manager who did apologise and said not only had they been busy but they were also short staffed. I did try to explain that I understood but continued to express my concern over hygiene, the manager was obviously pretty stressed and I did try to explain that I understood, but I am not sure she got my point, so after this I left.

I have been going to Pizza Express for years but I must admit I haven’t experienced this level uncleanliness in a major food chain.

Not sure if I will be going back and I certainly would not recommend Pizza Express at Albert Dock to anyone.

We went to the Swindon Outlet Pizza Express today the service was exemplary and the attention to detail was outstanding. The meal was super ( as usual).

Sophie @ the Banbury light restaurant was very attentive, she helped us with the menu and gave us different options for us and the children. She explained the app and the benefits of downloading the app and using for this meal and in the future, giving us extras and discounts, thank you Sophie, and the rest of the team who also came over when our son hurt himself to make sure he was ok. Brilliant service and the food was great also, living fairly local but having never been to this pizza express chain, everyone certainly left a good impression.

We had dinner here today as a family and our waitress Sue was fantastic - Really helpful and a genuinely lovely person. Made our meal extra special.

I’ve been to Reigate PizzaExpress a few times in the past couple of months and both times I’ve had Sherralee as my waitress. Thanks to her, both experiences have been twice as enjoyable by her friendly and upbeat attitude.
Will keep going to Reigate in future despite another location being closer, in hopes that she will be our waitress.

Burnt lasagna and a vegan bowl containing a handful of rocket leaves. Possibly the worst Pizza Express I have visited. I normally recommend most Pizza Express restaurants but this was awful. Sorry it would have been better to eat at home than spend money here.

We enjoyed the whole experience and our server was very patient explaining the app to us. Our server was really attentive couldn’t do enough to help us.

Pizza express bursledon Tesco hamble was 10 out of 10 the manager Josh was so nice he gave me 20 percent off and free garlic bread would recommend to anyone to go there it was so fresh !

Bought a special offer pepperoni pizza from Ocado, cooked according to instructions, but the base remained uncooked and toppings were sparse. Complained, got a copy-and-pasted ack, but no follow-up. Chased them and got a copy-and-pasted response. Eventually got £10 in vouchers, 5 x £1 and 1 x £5, with a note saying only 2 can be used per transaction, therefore I have to spend above the £10 to be able to use the vouchers. Talk about crappy customer service, crappy customer care, and a 'goodwill offer' with strings attached. They've learned nothing from the last few years of closures and downsizing, just want your money. Really disappointed. If they'd been decent and sent £10 as a single voucher, that could've mollified me. As it is, it's just made them go even further down in my estimation. 1046410.

We always use the branch on king street Manchester. The manager Ian and the staff there are just superb. It’s in a beautiful art deco building and the food is consistently good. The stand out thing about this branch though is the staff. Always fantastic service, can’t recommend them enough

hi I am very happy in spending time with my family in pizza express which is located in kamana nalli very good atomosphere I like there service especially the staff working there Ashwini who so polite and greeting the customers with her great smile on her face..l just love it...

Food was good, but service from our server, Debra, was disappointing. She was friendly at first but became rude and visibly annoyed when we asked to split the bill, especially when some of us paid in cash. She sighed, complained about not having time or change, and even made a passive-aggressive comment when I smiled at my friends. Debra made the end of our meal very uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

Really regret having to write such a negative review.
Ordered a large classic La Reine.
6 olives and 3 small pieces of ham with 6 small mushroom pieces on it.
Really disappointed - it was really just a huge piece of dough. Insulting really and largely inedible.
Never again - sorry.
