It was my first journey with Sunny but not my first with P2P.

It was early morning and it was lovely to open the door to a happy good morning. Thanks so much Sunny. Good start to my day.

This a company I have used for 15 years for both lical and airport work. This review is not one date but over the last month a large number of problems ranging from app idsues, to rude controller. Taxi drivers who later claim not to have been paid...although prepaid. Basically enough to annoy me to the point that previous good work over nany years has been wiped out and i use other more efficient and cheaper alternatives

Woman rude on the phone when I told her once again the app was not working telling me it worked for everyone else just not me. Clearly she worked for horizon in her previous job as my friend gave up using this firm due to not being able to pay via app.

Ahmet is a lovely guy, very good driver and very friendly. Always happy to see him picking us up.
