A review for Steve mcguirk- my little boy was poorly and advised he needed urgent kidney surgery at 3 weeks old, evelina in London called me at 10pm and advised a bed was ready and need to go urgently. I contacted place2place and Steve came to my house almost urgently, helped carry all my belongings from my home to my car including helping with my newborn and was just amazing. Couldn’t fault him in any sense.
This is what an amazing taxi driver does, makes trips out of his own hours and makes a nearly 2 hour drive up to London to help. A brilliant experience.

Amazing service very friendly and great driving

Sunny is always a very pleasant driver and a genuine guy.
The overall service is always efficient (though I don't use P2P often as they always work out more expensive than West Malling Taxis) and the drivers are always early or on time. The cars are always smart.
However, the price has varied from one driver to the next on the same journey at the same time of day from around £9 to around £13. West Malling Taxis is also on a meter but their prices never vary more than 60 pence: I do the same journeys everytime.

Driver was lovely and punctual… but the cost was a fixed price, which wasn’t advised at booking, and was £55 for a 15 minute journey!

Absolutely fantastic! Polite and punctual driver, with a clean car. It was wonderful, with nothing to complain about. I contact this agency anytime my daughter, who lives alone in England for her studies, requires a ride. The driver agreed to give me his phone number (which is much more reassuring) and to share connexion with her.

I've been using this taxi firm for over two years, best company near me. Good prices, clean cars and polite drivers.
