Most of the products are expensive but most of the times i am able to find what i am searching for especially if i am in hurry! The warranty service most of the times also works great but the technician stuff have no idea, they can only offer basic help and gaudiness.

Plaisio computers is the worst place. Don't go there seriously you will lose time and money. I sent them a pc (turbo x) to install a watercooler and change the motherboard they charged me 40 euros. It is a 10 minute job and it took the more than 4 days. When ever I was calling for an update they sounded very angry wnd rude.
Just stay away from the place

unacceptable customer service. They insisted that the product would suit my needs. Bought it. It wasn't at all what i asked ( AND PAID ) for and when I returned it, they said " it's open so we cannot change the product"...

I have been a client of Plaisio Computers since the late 90's, and the past few years quality has gone completely down the drain! (That means it has gone s@#t).

Turbo X products are the worst and cheapest electronics that they can get in bulk from China. At first you will think that it is worth the risc getting a Turbo X laptop if it is 200-300 euros cheaper than the cheapest competitors. That is what I thought, so I spent 850 euros on a Turbo X laptop (ι5, 17"). Motherboard burnt one month after the guarentee expired, and they asked 300 euros in order to repair it.

The next incident was with my Turbo X UPS. It caught fire ! Yes ! It actually caught fire! Even though I found out from my connections in the Plaisio company that this was not the first incident, they denied that it had happened before. Also, they told me that this can happen with all UPS brands. Yes, they claim that all UPS catch fire!
Sadly the UPS caught fire just after the guarentee had expired, happily I was there to put it out.

Πριν 1 μήνα αγόρασα smartphone TURBO-X π1 και όταν χρειάστηκε να το φορτίσω εκτός σπιτιού συνειδητοποίησα ότι με οποιοδήποτε φορτιστή εκτός από το δικό του, χάνει την επαφή και δε φορτίζει. Όποιο smartphone άλλης εταιρείας εχω δοκιμάσει να φορτίσω με τους συγκεκριμένους φορτιστές φόρτιζε κανονικότατα. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της εταιρείας και ο υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι εφόσον φορτίζει με το δικό του φορτιστή δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα. Θα πρέπει δηλάδή όπου και να μαι να κουβαλάω το ΔΙΚΟ ΤΟΥ φορτιστή TURBO-X εάν θέλω να έχω μπαταρία και αυτό το θεωρούνε απολύτως φυσιολογικό. Πρώτη φορά που είπα να δοκιμάσω τα προιόντα της συγκεκριμένης εταιρείας και το έχω μετανιώσει. Θα ήταν 1000 φορές προτιμότερο να έδινα κάτι παραπάνω και να έπαιρνα ένα προιόν μιας πιο αξιόπιστης εταιρείας με πιο λογικούς υπαλλήλους.

I bought 8GB of RAM which caused my PC to crash regularly. I got it exchanged with another set (2*4GB), which this time didn't even allow the PC to boot. Got a third exchange (a refund was resisted) which now works for the time being, although at 65€ it was hugely overpriced as I now understand.
Very poor experience. Avoid this company.

Bought a Nikon S33 (sn: 43063411) in Greece for my daughter 4 months ago. Did nothing wrong but the camera stopped working, so returned it to the shop and they sent it to the local distributor, Damkalidis S.A. The employee at the shop i delivered the camera told me it may take a while to hear back as they've had quite a few of these cameras returned and the distributor had not looked at them yet. Got a call yesterday from the shop telling me the camera is not covered by the warranty as it stopped working due to faulty use. The gave me the contact details of the local distributor, i called them and was told the camera passed the "water-test" and they believe it stopped working due to faulty use. I asked for a test-certificate, something to prove they indeed checked the camera using Nikon's equipment and they couldn't provide anything relevant. They just chose to put the blame on the customer. Having heard what the person in the shop told me that they've had quite a few of them recently i do not believe at all it was out fault. We did nothing wrong with the camera, only used it as normal. I have no idea what the actual problem is with the camera, whether it stopped working due to faulty use or simply something went wrong with the camera's electronics. All i know is the shop simply passed me to the distributor who said its faulty use that caused the problem. Bad experience, very bad, shame for Nikon, big shame.

P.S.
Had i bought the camera from Amazon they would have replaced the camera without second thought... Completely different approach to the customer... I chose Plaisio thinking its a big name and will get support if needed. Big mistake. Bad decision. Lessons learned!

If anything happens rest assured "its your fault"... when buying very in your face but if you have a problem lousy attitude.

I made a dumb mistake of buying a phone there turbo x as a vacation burner... 160 euro not bad lasted two weeks before the screen showed defects... uhhh you hit it somewhere... sorry...

Well sorry I wont be buying the two TVs I need from you next week

I was satisfied with the online service.
My order was executed really fast.
I am not quite sure about self brand products but i have bought a deck that you can use your hard drives via a usb3 cable and it works peftectly.
One of the most decent and trustworthy sites where you can buy from.

Don't buy from them. Stay away from them. I bought a "turbo x" laptop brand name owned to them and was a real scrap. They said that has fast and excelent customer support if something happens but when happened (didn't work the graphic card) demand from me 50% of starting buying price to fix it. The most strange thing was that this laptop suddenly crashed 10 days afterwards the expire of 1 year warranty (not 2 years as the most reliable brands always give). I tried to explain to manager of the store that its only 10 days only that warranty was expired but he spoke me so much rudeness and he didn't want to listen me. When I asked him why he has so bad behavior, he told me that if i don't like it, I can go and freely make a complaint. Finaly, I never go again to this awful unfriendly store and the scrap "turbo x" went direct to the garbage.
My worst purchasing experience ever.
Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, ελλατωματικά προιόντα, ανύπαρκτη ουσιαστική υποστήριξη. Η χειρότερη αγοραστική μου εμπειρία. Μείνετε καλύτερα μακριά. Δεν ενδιαφέρονται σε τίποτα για τον πελάτη τους παρά μόνο για το κέρδος τους. Τα Turbo x αποτελούν κάκιστη επιλογή αγοράς, είναι κακοφτιαγμένα και με μικρό χρόνο ζωής.

You arrive in the store, every single free seller is ON YOUR ASS to buy something while you just want to look EVEN tHE MANAGER. they also change stuff often as I know from a friend of mine who was TORTURED by his superiors. Fake ''Best prices'' and also their products ''TURBO X" are lame!! If you purchase anything else than Turbo X and you have to send it for a service check because of a malfunction YOU will have to send it directly to the company.. Avoid at all costs..
