Online παραγγελία Δευτέρα που έλεγε εκτιμώμενη παράδοση Πέμπτη !!! τελικά την Παρασκευή την πήρε η μεταφορική για να μου την φέρει την Δευτέρα (7 μέρες μετά)
Γιατί μια τέτοια εταιρία δεν κάνει μόνη της τις παραδόσεις και πρέπει να υπάρξει μεσάζοντας ;;

False advertisement. Την επόμενη φορά να το ξέρουμε.

Αγορασα ενα κινητο τηλεφωνο με ελληνικη βιζα ενω βρισκομουν στο Λος Αντζελες και το παιδι που το παρεδωσε ηθελε τη φυσικη παρουσια του κατοχου της καρτας. Δεν πανε καλα οι ανθρωποι εχουν μεινει πισω στο 1970.Πρεπει να το κοιταξουν το θεμα γιατι δεν ξερω που το πανε ακριβως.Δεν το αφησαν το τηλεφωνο ενω το ειχα πληρωσει επειδη δεν ημουν μπροστα. Δηλαδη τι να πω.Δηλαδη ακομη στο Ελλαδισταν δεν μπορει καποιος αλλος να παραλαβει κατι που αγοραζει καποιος αλλος εξ αποστασεως.Εκτος αν συμβαινει μονο με τη συγκεκριμενη κουτσοεταιρεια ενα βημα πριν την πτωχευση της οπως ο μισοπεθαμενος που ξετιναζεται πριν αφησει την τελευταια του πνοη.

I bought a faulty item and it's been…

I bought a faulty item and it's been two weeks now and still waiting for a replacement. No-one cares even if I passed from their store and asked what is going on. Think to call my lawyer cause I paid so much money for a laptop and I don't have a laptop at the moment and I need it to work. Are they going to pay the money I am loosing from the work that its not done all this time? Terrible situation to me. Don't buy from there.

They know they are unprofational and they don't care!!!

I left them an iPhone for diagnostics and repair on 13/12/19.Τhe guy at the technical support told me that they don't have the parts so it's going to have to send it to the factor but with no further info on how long it would take to have an update. One week later I called and asked why haven't I heard back from them and the representative of technical support told me that he cannot know how long is going to take because is not their problem but APPLE's factor. Frustrated, I asked for my phone back not repaired (I was hoping that they would return to me sooner, that way.)
On the 8/01/20 and one angry email after they informed me that on the next day my phone would be at the store to pick up, not fixed, as I asked. It took them almost one month to do NOTHING. And of course none apologized or explained why, even though on the email I asked to be forwarded to their manager.
I really feel sorry for the stuff that is working there, because when this company bankrupts, if they will put on their CV that they were working on Plaisio none is going to hire them.
P.S It took 1 day for another technician to repair my phone.

Unprofessional - Terrible Experience

Bought from their e-shop various company products, and we had the "wonderful" experience of some products being in USED condition and sold to us as new. We had to go ourselves back to the shop and re do the order and take "new" products after some days. Unacceptable, stay away!

Example: one SSD was Toshiba in an OPENED unmarked box with Samsung manulas and inside the SSD had windows and a lot of forgotten files. We took it to Plaisio and the IT guy said this "oh yes I know this box"

Stay Away! Trash store!!

I bought a Samsung A80 for 680.00e and from the firsr time I couldn't turn on the phone using my finger prints and end the calling as well. In addition I could't hear very well the person to the other side of tne
line. The very next day I returned the mobile and they told me that the mobile is ok and they refused change it although I held it to my hands only for a few hours! They don' t want to have clients for long time, they only want you to buy their trash!!

Stay Away from This Scam - Μείνετε Μακρυά!

Γεια σας, μου ειχαν τρομερη απατεωνια στο Πλαισιο και το αφησα ετσι αλλα με το τελευταιο περιστατικο το ποτηρι ξεχειλισε. Αγόρασα το iPhone X και μολις το εβγαλα απο το κουτι ειχε σαν ενα κομματι μεσα στο γυαλι της καμερας. Πηγα απευθειας την ιδια μερα στο καταστημα τους και το εδειξα στην τεχνικη τους ομαδα. Αφου το ειδε ο τεχνικος μου ειπε οτι πρεπει να το γυρισει πισω και εγω εννοιται οτι ζητησα καινουργιο κινητο. Δεν ηθελα απλα να φτιαξουν το συγκεκριμενο. Μετα απο μια εβδομαδα περιπου μου επιστρεφουν το ιδιο κινητο και στο χαρτι που μ εδωσαν εγραφε οτι περασε ολα τα τεστ και δεν παρατηρηται βλαβη στην μπαταρια, απο που και ως που στην μπαταρια θα μ πειτε ενω το προβλημα ηταν στην καμερα. Πηρα τηλεφωνο την isquare που ειναι αντιπροσωπος της Apple στην Ελλαδα φορτωμενος με νευρα και η κοπελα μου λεει οτι το πλαισιο το δηλωσε σαν βλαβη της μπαταριας και το γραψανε καπου απλα σαν υποσημειωση για την καμερα οποτε αφου η μπαταρια ηταν ενταξει δεν χρειαστηκε να μου δωσουν καινουργιο. Φανταστητε να αγορασετε κατι καινουργιο και να ξερετε οτι ειναι προβληματικο απο την στιγμη που το βγαζετε απο την κουτα, ειναι τοσο λαμογια.
Τωρα προσφατα αγορασα ένα λαπτοπ dell xps 15 me ι9 που κοστιζε 3250€ και 3 μερες αφου το παραγγειλα, το εβαλαν ξανα σε προσφορα (ηταν ηδη σε προσφορα οταν το αγορασα ΚΑΙ ΚΑΛΑ) 250€ κατω με δωρο ενα τσαντακι αξιας 100€. Οποτε οπως ειναι λογικο φρικαρα με την ατυχια μου και τους πηρα τηλεφωνο αν μπορει να γινει κατι, επειδη μου φανηκε αδικο να πληρωσω παραπανω για 3 μερες διαφορα. Τους πηρα τηλεφωνο και μου ειπαν οτι θα επικοινωνησουν μαζι μου και μαντεψτε τι, δεν πηραν ποτε τηλεφωνο. Εχω ξοδεψει συνολο 6000€ σε αυτους σε 2 χρονια και αυτοι δεν μπορουσαν να μου κανουν μια εξηπηρερηση. ΕΣΤΩ να μου δωσουν το τσαντακι δωρο, ΟΥΤΕ ΚΑΝ ΑΥΤΟ! Μεινετε μακρυα!!

For my tourist friends that consider buying something in Greece:
Hello, they completely scammed me in Plaisio and I left it in vague, but right now ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I bought an iPhone X some time ago and the moment that I got it out of the box, there seemed to be some piece inside the glass of camera. Of course I went the same day on their store and comforted them about it. Their tech guy took a look and told me that he will return it back so the Apple representives in Greece and take care of it. Of course I asked for a new one and not just fix. They gave me a damaged product, so they were forced to give me a brand new one. After one week they returned to me the same phone with a paper saying that "After checking the phone, there seems to be on problem with the battery", but the thing inside camera glass was removed. So I freaked out with their note and I called the representive. They told me that plaisio declared the phone as damaged battery, even tho none told them that there was problem with the battery. They only did that so they will avoid replacing me the phone. They are completely misleading scammers. Imagine buying something brand new and being damaged. Every serious company would replace it directly and not just fix.
Recently I purchased a Laptop Dell Xps 15 with intel core 9 which costed me 3250€ and three days after I ordred it, they put it again on sale (it was already according to their website when I bought it) and made the price 250€ down plus giving a carry bag as a gift which was worth 100€. So normally, I felt like an idiot for losing this gig for three days and I thought that they might help me since it's only three days difference. I called them and they told me that they will call me back about it. THEY NEVER CALLED! I have spent 6000€ to them the last two years and they couldn't even do a small thing for me. They could at least give me the bag as a gift, but not even that! Stay away from this unprofessional scammy store.

Bought a WiFi extender from the plaisio store in Psichiko not knowing if I really needed it. Went back to reteun it the next day and they just refused to take it back. The 'incharge' of services was extremely rude, told me his return policy is that there are no returns. I told him it was a worldwide policy where you can return non defective items within 7 to 14 days. He just refused. I thought plaisio were a respectable outlet where customer satisfaction was valued, I was so wrong. When I asked him if he would be happy to lose an old customer, he just shook his head like whatever. I am also going to lodge a complaint for the rude behavior with the manager of the store. The item itself means noting, but the way the guy behaved was extremely shocking.

Έχω στην κατοχή μου ένα Tablet Turbo x Caller περίπου ενάμιση χρόνο.
Χάλασε η μπαταρία του και όταν ζήτησα να μου την αντικαταστήσουν από το Πλαίσιο μου απάντησαν ότι ΔΕΝ έχουν ανταλλακτική μπαταρία !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Δεν ντρέπονται λιγάκι

I bought a Sony tv 9 series ,delivered at my house.i had to wait for a table to arrive 8 days after ,I opened the box and the tv and was damaged .Sony didn’t fix it and now they claim I broke it . I m going to court of course . Also I paid for a service which is replacing the product until it’s fixed ,also never happened.terrible attitude bad business.

I bought a Turbo.X 2 in 1 tablet. Huge mistake. Repeatly crashed requiring a re-boot every other time I used it. Then the final insult, it crashed for good after four weeks. Took it back and was told it would have to go back to Athens, so I left it there and went home. I live in Crete, so I was amazed when I got home an hour later the phone rang. All ready to pick up and €35 to pay. Why do I have to pay for faulty goods? Because they said it was my fault. After SO many conversations with SO many people in Plaisio, after being insulted and being told that I was a fool, I told them to stick it where the sun dont shine. Yes, I lost €190 to those theives but I could not take any more insults or stress. If you have worked hard for your money and appreciate being spoken to as a valued customer, do yourself a favour, dont even walk into their shop. I hope I have saved you some money, time and stress.

Plaisio sold us a defective printer

Plaisio sold us a defective printer. I sent it back, requesting to return this Cannon printer for a more expensive HP tank printer.. Plaisio ignord all our requests to exchange this inferior printer for a better, more expensive one. Tech support is clueless and ineffectual. They either did not understand the problem or chose not to . We spoke with the assistant manager who assured us he would look into it and call back with a response. He didn’t call back. We spent many hours calling but never got an answer. Finally, our Cannon Pixma was returned without comment as to what was wrong. We still don’t want this printer, but we cannot return it.
Advise: Do not buy from Plaisio They are disreputable. They have no customer service. They do not care. If you buy from Pleistocene, e prepared for a lot of customer misery.

Unprofessional beyond limits

Got a VR recently on black friday, it was not functional when it arrived. Had to spend the whole day arguing with employees there who first told me the product has no DOA and to communicate with Sony. A Sony employee volunteered to actually talk to them in order for them to stop bullshiting me and replace the dysfunctional product.
Also got a turbo-x usb stick this year, which was rendered useless within 3 months of usage (note that I was always using safe eject).

I have a hard time understanding how they haven't gone bankrupt from being criminally unprofessional. All in due time, I hope.
