Product arrived as described. Was a glass vivarium and was very well packaged and protected.

Very simple and easy transaction. Almost instantaneous comms from the company and the products were supplied next day. Cannot fault.

Great company, great priced items, I ordered a vivarium cabinet which they informed me was out of stock and unsure on when they would have more, great communication gave me chance to cancel the order which I didn't and soon as they got it back in stock I had the cabinet delivered next day, will be definitely order from them again, so friendly and helpful.

Always welcoming and friendly and service is first class

Great service - Stu was really helpful and gave us some useful advice about reptile care

A fantastic reptile shop with a great selection of animals, equipment and everything else you might need to look after your reptiles, amphibians, arachnids and insects. The shop is very well presented and the staff are knowledgeable and happy to help.

This must look like i'm blagging the reviews but i've bought lots of bits for a misting system, changing my mind how to set it up etc but everything i've bought has turned up when it was supposed to etc etc

Nice shop nice plants ordered a few times online oder came pretty quickly depends on what day you order

Great place, very friendly and honest,

Perfect as usual, great service quality stock and great advice,

Stu is amazing. We've purchased a leopard gecko, giant millipedes and now a beardie!! He's so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He always makes sure to spend time with his customers. My husband wants to ban me from there in case I come home with a new pet!! Would 100% recommend. Also all very competitively priced compared to other reptile retailers

Always great service from a very friendly and knowledgeable company
